It’s weird that a dampener was broken. It is a truck, that should not happen unless you did some serious off roading. Did you or your husband actually damage the underliner, and dampener? Doing some crazy driving? I’m sure everyone wants to know the answer to that question. Thank you!
It's BS that you have to go through all that to have things covered under warranty. Glad they took care of all those items and brought your truck back to you.

Yeah vehicles are quickly becoming like smartphones where people get a new one every 2-3 years or so. I *may* keep my MYP beyond the warranty but not sure how comfortable I am about keeping anything else beyond warranty.
Why are people so scared of answering phones when they don’t know the number?? Even if it is a scam, who cares? Just hang up. Seriously people, learn to use a phone properly and also hang up when needed. It’s not like by answering, you are suddenly sucked into a vortex and no longer have autonomy over your life choices lol. I wouldn't have answered an unexpected out-of-country call the first time. But if I got a call from the same number a second day and was expecting to hear back from Rivian, I may have answered. But regardless they should have left a voicemail. Sometimes people can't get to the phone. If they just left a message, there wouldn't have been an issue.
Yeah I agree. Especially knowing that they called every day before but also communicated via text as well. A simple voicemail or text would have made both of our lives easier.

I might be wrong, but suspect that Rivian bent over backwards for you because you have a popular EV RUclips channel and they would much rather get a positive (instead of a negative) video report from you posted. Hmmm. I guess I should become a RUclipsr rather than just posting my EV webpages. Maybe then Tesla would have agreed to replace my faulty battery electronics under its battery warranty. Sigh… that cost me nearly a couple of grand… and soured me on Tesla. Oh… and NO, I would not accept a call from Cambodia. Was that Rivian employee from there and has kept his old Cambodia phone number…? Can't imagine why THAT would show up on your called ID otherwise. Tsk.

If it was just a normal person, it would've taken a lot longer. Just by mentioning ur a youtuber, I think manager will all of sudden see you differently
