  • This is a tutorial explaining how to draw a Tiger , emphasizing how to create a three dimensional effect. I explain the the vocabulary that is commonly used, so understanding any art video is much simpler.

    I watched the entire video and still marvel at how it looks like a photograph from NatGeo. So very realistic! Great drawing tips.

    Is it always better to draw all lines, the contour and everything before starting with all colours??

    • @josephhammond3637
      @josephhammond3637  Год назад

      Hi it depends on the artist . I’ve seen artist start with a value then work it to a finished piece. Having said that for me it is the only way . Thanks for the question Joseph Hammond

    Do you find blocking in is easier or harder the more detail you put in the outline? My most recent outline is just about as detailed as yours, but I'm finding it harder to block in🤔🤨😮‍💨

      Hi if your having difficulty rendering the piece after the drawing stage try working it shape to shape . If you work on a smaller area it may make it easier to put more detail. The first layer you lay down has very little detail you increase detail as you increase layers. I hope that helped . Thanks for watching my videos
