      quick suggestion, get better at drawing gotta master structure and have a better understanding of the form of your subjects, for example in the case of portraits, you should be studying anatomy, from the bones to the muscles and the planes of the face in every angle, I'd also suggest to learn the reilly method, once you acquire this knowledge your portraits will become far more accurate since you'll have a better understanding of what you are replicating, the eyes can only see what the mind is prepared to comprehend

      “Maybe I’ll be Thanos”, a 30 second video of satirical, poorly animated comedy by Grandayy which probably took 30 minutes to make by the time it was uploaded has reached 850,000 views on its 5th day as of now. Nothings wrong with memes, it’s just people are loosing interest in incredible and meaningful talents and instead their tastes in what they watch are replaced with literal time-wasting garbage. I like to enjoy some garbage videos to, it’s just they need to have their place.

    • @LevinLaniakea
      @LevinLaniakea 6 лет назад +6

      @@AndresPerez-jc6nv Yes but that thanos meme is unique. This is essentialy a photograph with a very long process of creation. A print if I may. Take 10 photorealism/hyperrealism artist's and tell them to draw a photo/hyperrealistic drawing from reference photo, the drawings won't be too different. Now take 10 artist's and tell them to make a surrealism drawing from the same reference photo. The drawings would be more unique.

    • @nabilk9980
      @nabilk9980 6 лет назад +3

      Yeah obviously the animation meme will get more views, it appeals to the majority. This video isn't appealing because people would much rather see something short that makes them laugh rather than a long video which (in my opinion) gets boring after 2 minutes

      I think this drawin is very amazing, i cant draw this thing with a life of drawing training..
      But i can understand people mad about people who say this drawing is art...
      Because its a "simple" tiger drawing, very very VERYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY very réalistic drawing, but juste a tiger, a things who exist in our world.
      The drawing give not special feels, its beautifull, but that was not born in imaginary, from the own univers of the designer, no specific drawing style, and no specific feels...
      Its a very huge precision details drawing, but not art...
      That different :)
      But that change nothing the skill to draw this smple tiger is simply god tier.

      Avalon Oréola these sorts of artwork can be practiced so that this person or anyone else who does it can recreate say ancient dinosaurs where we have no photo of them and this would be the only way to know what they really looked like. Art can be anything that represents something it is not, and this artwork does convey a felling to the viewer.

      we judge an image by its end result, not the process it took to make it...
      just because you make something in a very difficult and slow method,
      doesn't improve the final product at all... or increase its value...
      it just means you did that job very inefficiently...
      i could sell you a factory made wood toy and tell you its hand made and you would perceive some value and be ripped off... its all in your head

    • @GrantH2606
      @GrantH2606 6 лет назад +8

      A pencil drawing is always original and can never be recreated, and this is what makes it much more valuable to possess. It is truly unique to the person that owns it/created it. Scanned copies are never original, they become as valuable as a photograph.
      Anyone can push a button on a mechanical device. Not everyone can recreate an image to such precision and detail with a pencil.
