    Respeto su cultura y todo , y entiendo que en korea o japon eso es aceptable y en son muy estrictos con eso de comer comida fresca😕 , pero de donde yo soy no cortamos ni abrimos a le sacamos la piel a ningún animal si aún está vivo , respetamos mucho la vida , ya es mucho que un animal entregué su vida para que podamos comer pero al menos tener un poco de empatía por los animales , no abriría y ni podría destrozar un animal vivo solo para que esté más fresco 😢, al menos den le al animal una muerte más digna , y después sigan con su arte

      According to a reply to one of the other comments, the blood of the pufferfish is toxic, and if it is allowed to congeal at all, the parts of the fish it congeals in become toxic as well. Extrapolating from that information, the heart remains beating throughout the preparation, as shown in the video, which may allow the blood to be purged, but if the animal is prepared after being killed, the heart won't beat anymore. So this might actually be the only way to safely prepare pufferfish.
      Unlike the other Korean commenters that called people hypocrites though, this person agreed that it was inhumane and thought that it meant that pufferfish simply shouldn't be eaten at all.

      복어 자격증 있는 분들이 피에 독이 있어서 그렇다고 합니다. 불쌍하지만 피를 다 빼야하기 때문에 최대한 끝까지 아둥바둥 살려서 손질한다고 하더라고요.

    실력은 영상본것중 단연최고인듯보이네요~~~
    확실히 전문적으로배운사람 교육받고 정갈하게하는 사람이 있는반면....
    수산시장 노상에서 오랜경력만으로 손질하는 차이가 ...
    잘모르는사람이봐도 느껴지고 판가름이 될정도이니....
    확실히 교육의 수준은 다른가봅니다.

      @@joanjibbx2916 haz visto los videos cuando le cortan la cabeza a un calamar y los tentáculos se mueven como si estuviera vivo, misma explicación fíjate en los dos golpes secos que le dio en la parte posterior de la cabeza allí quebró lo que unía la columna al cerebro por la tanto el pez murió rápidamente es como si te dieran a ti dos mazazos fuertes en la nuca, en todos los animales pasa así, son estímulos nerviosos que el cuerpo aun conserva por una muerte tan repentina.

      Bazı hayvanların kasları hayvan öldükten sonra bile istemsizce hareket etmeye devam eder, bu yüzden önce istemsiz bir kas hareketi sandım ancak balık kesilme aşamasında solunum yapmaya çalışıyordu... Gerçekten çok psikopatça!

      피에도 독이 들어 있어, 살에 피가 굳지 않도록 최대한 복어를 살려서 피를 굳지 않게 하는 작업입니다.
      동정 때문에 논리적인 사고를 버리지 마세요.
      처음부터 끝까지 생각한다면 전부 당연한 것들 입니다.

    아마추어들이 따라할까 걱정이네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 그나저나 기절한번으로 저렇게 썰수잇다니 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 일본 이시카와현에서는 복어알을 쌀에 절여서 독을 제거한 후에 먹더라구요 저는 먹을때 무서웠는데 지금 이렇게 잘 살아 있답니다
