Yes. In fact, its a modified azeri national dish. Usually made from lamb instead of ostrich and without corn.
Including farm raising exotic bird species for food.
That was no ostrich. Ostriches only have two toes. That bird had three. Not an ostrich. Also, whatever it is/was, it is not a species native to the country.@@vladcrow4225

Everything about this video is Naturally Majestic! If there were an AirBnB cottage where they live, I would book a 2 weeks vacation to participate in all preparations of the feast! No music, no crowds, no traffic, NO Cellphones, just life in its purest form! And those 6 little young men, the future of the Village is absolutely priceless!! 👍🏽👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I remember back about 35 years ago when I had ostrich here in the US when they were supposed to be the next big thing here for meat. It was good and I know one man who raised them but then the market fell out and no one wanted to spend the money on them because the feed prices are high enough and the cost made them not worth raising. I love big meals like this and the simplicity of it. I prefer roasting chickens and always do the Thanksgiving turkey and usually a couple during the year just because they're such a pleasant meal and I love the flavor. I would love to see ostrich make a comeback here some day.

Prolly about the same as you earn each month and less than you have in your piggy bank. Of course you'll need to speak Azerbaijani.....whatever that is. Look I've helped you again. The answer is: Together with Turkish, Turkmen and Gagauz, Azerbaijani is a member of Oghuz branch of southwestern group Turkic language family so it's easy, and prolly will only take about 10 or fifteen years to be able to order a beer. Indeed a very nice backyard. I pity those that live in the urban environment and wake up to the sounds of traffic. I don't know how or why they do it. My backyard is more beautiful than this mans but my climate is much harsher. Life is too short to not live where one desires.
