  • In this video I show you how to release your fascia (connective tissue) in your lower body, exercises and a specific stretch to release and align your lower body. Where we experience pain, isn't likely the cause. Our lower body is our base foundation, and if it's out of alignment, everything up the chain will follow.     YES, QUINN this video is helpful. I appreciate being able to see to what angle you were bending your right leg in that 1st demonstration. I also like that this routine had a variety of actions to practice as well as one for both stretching and strengthening. 🙂 i also very much appreciate that you use a towel for these demos as that
    is what i have at the moment
