- In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 2011 Mercedes Benz G55 AMG. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this suv while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this suv designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

INCREDIBLE! This is a truly amazing car. The price tag is a bit too steep though, i gotta admit, but as an all season car it doesnt get much better than this, if at all. Definitely getting this car!

i'm planning to buy one used g class, anyone has an idea which year i could get for a decent reliable one? i'm asking this because they all look the same. i know also that there will be changes in the interior, but the g class never under go major changes that's y i wanna know if anyone has a g class under 2011 and is happy with their purchase.
Love them both. Get a warranty if possible and don't expect to have cheap maintenance, if you have to have everything perfect, they are hand built. So you will want a brand new one or one that is sorted and vetted (a pre facelift 55, 550 or 500 if you can find one and don't mind having the command lower and you get mechanical steering and rarity. Will never leave you stranded. You can upgrade anything to current spec with oem parts year 2002 on but it's cheaper to just buy a new one if you want bling to impress the ladies. I got one CPO and extended the warranty. Years of happiness. Off-road is wonderful and you can armor them easily due to flat glass and body panels. Good luck let me know if you want advice on a particular model. Get used to people tailgating you and and taking pictures but the less flashy the better chance of not being a target or center of attention.

I don't know what Range Rover your father would buy for under 130-some thousand dollars. Unless he were to buy the very cheapest they make. A Range Rover, also does not have more features than a G class. This SUV is more capable off-road and has a better engine. Your father may have also bought it because he preferred the styling of the G63 over a Range Rover.

One of few SUVs that I like, and the most badass one for sure. Not many car designs can survive unchanged for 30 (!) years. Only Porsche 911 and Merc G-class come in mind. I think this car looks amazing.

Truly amazing, I think it is kind of ugly on the outside but it more than makes up for it in interior room and offroad capability and performance.

i own a 1988 cadillac fleetwood brougham de'elegance. as well as a 1985 mercedes benz 300D. in my solid opinion. the caddy is a more done up luxury, however i could never love any other vehicle as much as my old mercedes. unrelentless reliability and basic luxury is what i got and i feel in love with the car prety quick
I did an 12X12 G55, with 20 seats. The car was better than the orignal 4x4. Diffs, 9 diffs,VVVV40 supersupersupersupercharged 2000 bhp. the power is split 5-4-5-4-5-4-5-4-5-4-5-4. It crushed 40,577,240 1/2 Lupos.
