    Great knowledge thanks. I’ve been progressing with seated good morning, would you say these will stretch and strengthen the adductors?

    Thanks a lot! Much appreciated. I have a random question. When I do the stretch like that, I can hardly feeling anything in my right adductor. But when I do it standing, like in a Cossack squat (especially with hand support), I get a crazy stretch in the adductor. I'm just wondering what is going on. Is it something with the pelvis position? I understand you haven't see, I'm just curious what could be going on :)
