- On the Tourist Parkrun trail again today, clocking 75 today😀Weather was beautiful but ended up being a bit warm by the time we set off. Worden is a really lovely park and it has a great cafe which is always a bonus. I’ll be back😀

@@alldone1116 Thanks, my wife designed the kitchen, and yes I think that’s what Parkrun is all about, it’s my weekly treat😊I did Conwy in early 2023, before I started making videos, it’s a great location and pretty flat too😊
Ooo another parkrun to look forward to doing. Cracking day for it, enjoying seeing the running on your vids, if you're holding a phone to record, that's really impressive and never sound too out of breath!
Cheers Craig, it was a great one, lots of different parts to the course and in a lovely setting. I could probably perform better without the filming but it seems a shame to miss out on clips of the course. I need to watch your Leeds Half vid😊

Thanks guys, I’m just picking them at random tbh so I can hit the 100 Tourist Parkrun target by the end of the year. I did Witton last Saturday and loved that (v hilly mind😂) so I’ll post that later this week. No Parkrun planned for this Saturday as it’s the Manchester 10K on Sunday😬

Thanks Shara, and thanks for watching my video😊Parkrun is probably the highlight of my week, I love finding new ones. I’ve done the mtb race now, it was last Wednesday, 16K off road and lots of mud. Some of the guys were really fast, doing 7 laps when I did 5😂

@@SharaRuns it was on 29-May but there is another next Wed but I might not do it as I have a 5K race on Thursday😊

I do run year round but try to avoid grass and off road stuff in the winter - but having said that, getting really filthy has a certain appeal, I know that from my mtb rides😂
I much prefer running in the heat 👌 Hate the cold.
Depends how cold for me, the race in Nice in January was 8C, perfect, anything over 20C and I'm struggling...
Nice parkrun and a nice bacon butty. 😊 . Just to let you know, the volume drops when you are sat in the garden. Happened in the last video as well.

@@theaverageparkrunner I replayed the video and I can’t see any noticeable difference in my voice volume, however the background music is more prominent in the garden intro so that could be the reason😊
Is this course flat and good for fast times
@@AlexanderGlenn-tl4uv Hi Alexander, the course is pretty flat however as you can see in the video there is an off road section which will slow you down a little😊
