The Google Pixel 7 Pro has been an immense letdown, and I can confidently say I will never buy another Google phone again. The device suffers from major heat issues, particularly during extended use, which also leads to inconsistent frame rates (Hz). These performance problems make it difficult to rely on for gaming or even simple multitasking. Bugs plague the OS and UI, leaving the user experience feeling clunky and frustrating. Despite boasting Gorilla Glass Victus 1, the device is far too easy to damage, especially with its curved screen. The fingerprint scanner feels outdated, taking much longer to unlock compared to other modern devices. Even connectivity struggles, whether on Wi-Fi or mobile data. Plus, for users who prefer softer screen lighting, this could be a welcome feature. 2 Terrible Battery Life: While the battery life may not be class-leading, it's worth considering that different users have different usage patterns. For someone who primarily uses their phone for light tasks, the battery life might still be sufficient for a full day's use. 3 Low Speakers: While the speakers may not deliver booming sound, they could still be adequate for casual listening or watching videos in quieter environments. Additionally, using headphones or external speakers could easily enhance the audio experience. 4 Low Storage: With cloud storage options and the ability to expand storage through external means like microSD cards, the limited onboard storage might not be as big of an issue for users who prioritize flexibility and adaptability. 5 Slow Charging: While rapid charging is undoubtedly convenient, slower charging speeds could potentially extend the lifespan of the battery and reduce heat buildup, ultimately benefiting the longevity of the device.
