It is good for bigger homes with large free space without carpet, i am a builder so i already had a pile of batteries. My entire house is tile so it works great !
Cool review Scott! Would you still buy this today? Seems like one of the advantages it has over residential models is the dust bin size. Now that there's residential models that self empty for under $1k, would you still go the makita route?
Even with the price increase, I definitely would. It's more than paid for itself over the years. For sure a "buy once cry once" type of product but it has room for improvement
Great video, but I’m a mobile guy. With that said, can I reach out to you through a different source to ask you a couple of questions? I understand that your years of knowledge can’t be free, so I’m willing to pry for an half hour of your time on the phone or email. Thank you.
Doesn’t even move efficiently Why is is SOOO expensive! Especially the new one! And no battery. Our house has the same kind of dirt as the garage / shop. So why is this so much more superior than a home based Robo vac???
Just a few more of these cool videos and you'll be another Project Farm!

Hi!
Would you use it for a CrossFit gym with rubber floor and lot of magnesie dust?

Unless they make it smart to go and charge by itself, it's a no for me.
The vacuum cleaner is suitable for a restaurant.
does he go under the tables?
why the hell wouldn't you just buy one for household use and use that in your shop? they cost like 1/8 the price!
A home one will not pick up nails and big things.
@@nostalgiainfinityoh I see. Thank you!

Send me an email and we can get things rolling. On vacation this week with the family but I have email access nearby.
3:11 "What this one will do is try for about 2 seconds and then quit." So it is a union robot...
