I couldn't get on with evercrisis, if it had been a fully paid game sure. But as it is definitely not
I got burned out because I needed to grind alot. *sigh*

At least we got some extra content that we’ve never seen like Barret taking Marlene to Midgar, Tifa starting the seventh heaven bar, and Cloud’s early days in Midgar post-Zack’s death

I enjoy most of the events. But a lot of it is super grindy. And a bit predatory to say the least. Most people only want the story, not to sit on their phone and grind. Hopefully this can be adjusted before more people leave.
Yep, this is why I hate this game. To see any of the story you have to spend tens of hours grinding to play one more story mission. It’s honestly insulting
So... basically play the demo... On a mobile game. Hmm. Ever crisis made me happy when it was announced. And QUICKLY dashed all hope I had for it.

@@gsnbr2023 because there already is a Sephiroth in the game, and there really isn’t any story to add a playable adult Sephiroth except for like the Nibelheim flashbacks, even then that’s only one little bit
@@probablyhuman9947 and? gacha games are known for having different version of the same character, even with the same name (and previous gacha SE games have this too)

I hate the way they made this game, it had so much potential and they tried to make it a games as a service instead of buying each remade game in one purchase.
The level grinding is also absurd and kills my enjoyment
One exception is that the recent exp grind event made it as easy to get to lv 70/current max as it always should have been. So we can expect these events to come with every new level cap increase I guess.
@@SwobyJ I hit 70 on every character and still can’t beat the Turks in the Mythril cave. Thats crazy to me. I’m not going to grind 827 different resources just to play one more chapter, ya know?
@@bend.7590 I can beat this fight but more as a player since release (semi-casually).
I couldn't brute force the latest story, The First Soldier chapter, and I didn't care enough to strategize. Its not a fun game for me, but I'm JUST into FFVII enough to stick around and build my account over time.
They could have given a shit and made the game more enjoyable, playable, and with at least a legitimate illusion of being like an offline JRPG.
I would prefer if Opera Omnia kept going instead of Ever Crisis..
