      I did about 26 😳 Really glad that the timer was 30/10 cause some of the exercises would be too hard for 50 seconds 😂❤️

    Great intense Cardio session that anyone could do in a very small space, without any equipment. According to my watch burned 180 Calories! Will definitely save this one to do again and again . Thanks

      Thank you! I hope your pregnancy is going well! I’m starting a seven day challenge on May 2 and maybe you can do some or all of those workouts! I’m tailoring them to beginners because I’m just coming back from surgery. It should be fun! 😍💖

    Sweat a lot.Burn calories very effectively.I can't follow the difficult movements, just keep up and try my best. BPM is around 150 . Maximum is 180.😁
