      Beginner friendly I would suggest use go for (day 1.upper 2. arms 3.lower ) repeat then can shift to push pull leg

    Triceps k upar chahiye ! Because i don't feel my triceps while i perform

    Bhai Forearms ka kuch bata do ..kya ham isse roz train kare ? .. mera thin forearms hai

      Forearms Tumhara jab bicep curls marte ho tab train ho hi jata he still extra 2 exercises perform kar sakte ho 1. Reverse curl and 2. Farmer walk (both hand me thora heavy dumbbell leke walk karna). Don’t train it everyday at least 48hrs ka rest dena
