    This is a killer 10 minute HIIT workout. I now include after all my other cardio workouts as a bonus round! I love doing only standing workouts and this definitely fills the bill! Thank you

    I enjoyed this so much! 10 minutes flew by, in a lot of workouts im counting the minutes but I made it through the whole workout without checking🎉

    THANK YOU! I have weak wrists and love working out but usually end up feeling like my wrists are going to break by doing simple pushups. Doctors told me to take it easy but now I finally have something to workout too!

    I find you include curtesy lunges fairly often in your videos, however I find the torque of them just doesn’t feel safe or right in my knees. Can you offer suggestions for modifications? Thanks 🌞

    Hi there I wanted to ask your advice! I always work out with bare feet....should I? I use a mat and I'm indoors but wonder if the impact would be damaging? I like bare feet but notice you often wear trainers???? Thanks 👍 🙏 x
