@@fitbymik Toronto Yoga is close to where I live. My daughters dance studio is in the same area as well. I believe someone from Toronto Yoga did a zoom for her class a few weeks ago. The kids all loved it. They are 13-16 so they can be hard to please lol
Thank you for all the wrist free workouts. I have injured my shoulder doing yoga (too many chatturangas), so I now do HIITs with you (I can do almost all the moves) + also some abs and booty exercises. I am 50 and I really love your workouts.
😮finally I find some things I can do since my wrist op failed I have to go back for more surgery but have been real concerned with what else I can do once I get bit more healed or even for over all general fitness an upkeep ❤ new sub an Wil be watching all these kinds if vids you have!
