    I think this should happen in korea more often. i mean the traditional version of korean dishes are awesome too, but this kind of 'chefed up' korean dishes looks so good! thanks for the good video!

      I'm just a college student and I cooked a lot of 닭도리탕 but I feel like the soup would be lacking. It's so good to just mix the soup at the end with rice and have all the juice from chicken and potato mixed in the rice. But cooking like this won't be enough soup :/

    I love the wine pairings along with the food. There's so much to learn about wine, and if you learn it in an unstructured, out of context way, it's too daunting. Learning along with food makes it much easier and more interesting!

    God I just love these videos and this channel. I've been watching and appreciating food shows for a long time and just discovered the channel. I love hearing Patrick Cappiello unleash his vast knowledge of wines matched with these expert chefs and their beautifully crafted dishes. It's a definite pleasure and I think these videos are top notch. Keep up the good work.

      The problem is that the only part most chefs will care about is A: What does the thing taste like. B : Why do you THINK it will pair well with their dish
      No one fucking cares about his friends or where he got the wine. People who are interested in that can easily do the research on their own.
