Hi, what would you suggest for breathing OCD/Anxiety? I know everyone can breathe automatically but I thought I need to control my breathing myself and the 'auto action' of breathing does not exist.
Hi Howard. I have a question. There are times where I get a strong air hunger though at this point i try not to worry or add any thoughts to my head and just see it as a mere sensation which has been working effectively. However, sometimes the air hunger becomes quite strong and keeps on telling my brain to take a deep breath or sometimes it just forcefully & quickly takes one. Shall i prevent myself from taking this deep breath which is always not preventable. Please advice?
