Citizens being able to walk along the new quays is possibly the most important part of this entire pack. How is this not highlighted more?

@@mbrackeva In the video, yes. I mean from the devs. This could be considered a new feature, it's not in the base game.

Walkable surfaces are the best part. Always love superquays. Well i am on pc so roads and bridges never were problem. But quays needed a bit more love like this on this pack
True. There are some really decent quays on the workshop. But the ones in this pack are next-level.
I've been bombarded with adverts for these CCP's this week on both Facebook and RUclips. Which is hilarious since I bought them before I saw any of the adverts. It's a nice reminder to use the new stuff instead of other random YT/FB adverts 😆

i was a little sad to see, that the brighdes are only specific to 1 type of road.. would have loved to have the possibility to choose rod for the bridge (IE. the 2 lane 2 way small bridge design, to be used on a 4 lane 2 way road).. love the pack tho, is nice with new bridges for the roads, adn they double as alternative walkway/curb thingy for pedestrian, when used on ground ^^
This is nice addition to the game, can't wait to buy this when I got the money.
Thank you Armesto. Immediately bought it. Your assets from Lugo and Lucus collections were the reason i started playing CS in first place. I hope you keep motivated to enhance this game even further. I've been waiting for a bridge expansion pack, but I am disappointed to see that there are no new suspension bridge styles or archway styles. I hope you guys add more styles in the future! 🙌🏻
I agree, iv bought this dlc recently and am disappointed with the bridge selection, 2 or 3 suspension bridges would make the dlc worth the price, even if those bridges cost a lot to build, none of the bridges at the moment provide a wow factor like the golden gate or even Severn bridge in real life for example

Shame we didn’t get extension bridges , like Brooklyn style bridge would of been nice or golden gate style ones , but love the new content either way

As nice as it all is, I'm really sad to see, even here there's not a single bridge with bike lanes. And the peers got stairs again with no ramp. If you are on wheels, you better have four and a motor. You better not want to use a bike a wheel chair. :(
You need the after dark dlc to get bike lanes. So to make this pack accessible to everyone regardless of what dlcs they have, they would have excluded versions with bike lanes
Bike lanes come in after dark dlc if ur on console it came with the game but not pc players
@@Stegar With some added complexity / effort they could have built and included bike only, bike+ped, and bike+ped+motorist modular bridge versions of each bridge style that are unlocked if the player owns the After Dark DLC. It would even push and naturally advertise the After Dark DLC to players if they want those specific versions available.
Nice, can you also make a pack that will make it more realistic to built Eurepean old towns (city centres), with gates and a protection wall, roads that are pedestrian orientated (cars may pass, but are rare and the guest in the street) and perhaps some more variation in old buildings (Dutch, France, Italy, Greece)
Then there are 2 more things that need to complete the vanilla version: traffic manager and move it
Wow, there are soo many things in this pack, I always thought it was 5 bridges and 5 piers!? I love to use a variety of roads and paths in my cities to add character to each place. I'll pick this one up ASAP for sure!
I love these bridges, and the quays are so awesome! I use the three lane highway bridge a lot.

Really wish there was a beaches and water parks and maybe some community size sports parks such as different types of ball parks DLC and maybe better terra tools to make water features and some more plants for soft scaping

Paradox should do the 1930 themed DLC contains CCP Bridges, Art deco biuldings and old firehouses, vehicle depots with old models of fire and police vehicles, trams buses and trains from beginning of the XX century. Don't forget investigation bureaus - mafia busters and old jazz radios.
This. I really wanted to make a 30s city, though Industries truck AI+AVO mod is a pain.
How about adding a retractable bridge that goes up and down as big boats Go through the city?

The quays make the pack forth getting I think, but I am slightly disappointed that the best looking railway bridge is only one track.
You can always place two one-way tracks to make a dual. But you can't do it the other way around. So it makes more sense to provide single track rails.

Btw, can I use all the roads regardless of the map them? Can I use those beautiful European roads on a tropical themed map?
The quays are great, but it doesn't seem to allow pedestrians to walk on the lower parts. Even on these videos, I can't see any pedestrians using the lower levels of the quays, which makes it look like a ghost town 😕
I can find the bridges (in the "roads" menu group) but I cannot find the other items anywhere. Where should I look?

You should really make a new game that incorporates all the features from the essential mods and assets instead of squeezing the last bit of an old engine, even though I like Armesto' s assets a lot.
Please no! There's no way any gaming designer can provide all those assets and functionality in one game. Without that huge community the game would come to a grinding halt.
The engine could do with a bit of work, I agree. But leave the mods to the community.

Suspension bridges??
Unfortunately on console. There is not much change. The two arch bridge are the only difference. Everything else is a slight difference than the vanilla. On console Ide say pass. Pc may be different but I was quite dissatisfied for console. :(

This is amazing but I would love to see a dlc with parking lots and new types of roads that also come in American, European, Asian style. That would be amazing :)
Das DLC war nicht zufriedenstellend, es sollte eigentlich so sein das man sich eine Brücke aus einer breiten Palette von Möglichkeiten zusammen stellen kann. Das bekommt ihr einfach nicht hin . Und deshalb wird das Game immer uninteressanter , weil sich die Realität in diesem Game gar nicht wieder spiegelt. Und man seiner unendlichen Phantasie nicht freien Lauf lassen kann.

@@mbrackeva It's a fair point. And maybe the developer could compensate financially the modders. As I don't see why I should start paying for something it was always free, in an industry that is richer then ever before.

I'm sorry but 2 out of 3 train bridges being only one way is inexcusable. It's a massive shame cus the truss models look incredible.
You can make dualway out of one-way nets. But you can't make one-way nets out of dualway ones. So it makes a lot of sense to provide more one-way than dualway. That's not hard to figure out yourself? And I find the "inexcusable" rather disrespectful to the creator.
@@mbrackeva literally impossible without using mods! Having one way networks are versatile but not when it's a bridge, the use cases are very few and far between
Hope in the future city building games not too focused on the western style of city building. it's so boring. grid style and need large space.
Look at Japan and other eastern cities there. lot of crowded stuff and small streets.
It's a shame that Rev0 does not get credit!

The DLC was not satisfactory, it should actually be the case that you can put together a bridge from a wide range of possibilities. You just can't get it. And that's why the game is becoming less and less interesting, because reality isn't reflected in this game at all. And you can't let your infinite imagination run wild.

Utterly useless tutorial because at no point does it explain how these assets are APPLIED. Is there a drop-down menu for bridge selection? Are bridges modular? Can we reskin existing bridges? NOTHING is explained!
