Hey T4arget, nice one man! I have a suggestion for the water pumping buildings based on my own experience: because there is that little island in front, if you place 3 (maybe 2) more of them, they may actually reverse the river flow, then start pumping the sewage. Maybe the river flow is strong enough, idk, but i think is something to keep in mind if the citizens get sick. You don't have to move them to the other side of the river, just a bit up stream (before the little island I suppose).
It's nice to see/hear your planning strategy for future builds. I often just build and build without really thinking about city aesthetics or cim needs would be better served by placing certain buildings and services in strategic locations.

I bought the bridges and piers pack when it came out instead of the trains because it's what i would use more. Only thing i wish they would do with the seawalls is have them angle back into the land where they end, instead of a 90°angle.

5:57 i didn't know that you could put the docks on the new water walls! That looks wicked I can't wait to start my docks...when I get there. I also made a sewage and water plant recently...it took a while though 🤣 probably over 8 hours of building in stream and I still have more work to do 🤣😅
as an architect, I am surprised how good the players of this game are at design. They pop buildings and designed a whole coastline effortlessly . If this was a real project, commissioned to a real architect, it would take months to do a design like that

I didn't know that garbage disposal could be centralised! When I build them and get the green roads it seems this stuff needs to be build close to civilization. How does centralising this work?
New quays look great - I will try to locate some park assets on the flat parts of the wide quay to see whether people will use it as a boulevard. The only thing I would change in your build is the height of the water-facing wall. In my city (Warsaw) quays of that style are located much, much lower, allowing the water to touch the stairs. Don't you think it would look better? With regard to trash management - I never locate multiple trash facilities next to each other as I prefer to spread them across the city. It reduces the time a trash truck needs to get to every single building in the area. But looking at the light traffic you have in this town - don't see any problem with the central trash location.
