I flip flop between iPhones and notes every other year and get whatever watch matches. I prefer the looks of the galaxy and the functionality of the apple, although it's close and neither are a deal breaker. The apple watch faces are just so terrible in comparison, though. I only use the faces with the digital clock and text message shortcuts.
I wanted the Note 20 Ultra but later decided to got with IPhone 12 pro max for a cleaner and leaner look. I’m pleased with the purchase even though I wanted the note 20 ultra cameras capability

I think I'm finally over the switching back and forth from iPhone to Android. Apple releasing the iPhone 12 without 120hz was the final straw for me. Traded in my iPhone 11 Pro for the Note 20 Ultra 5g and love it!

Just moved to team Samsung after years of iOS. I missed my Apple Watch way more than my iPhone. Would have paired it with my new Samsung if allowed but nope. Just got the GW3, and so far I really like it. 2 day battery life, I love the rotating bezel , and love the notication customization. I also feel like it’s safer for me, as I work around equipment and work outside.
I just did the opposite. I moved from team Samsung to team iPhone. But I kept my Gear S3 and paired it with my iPhone 13 pro max. I was able to add my fit Apps and connected them to Apple health. All of my previous workouts updated. I do miss my Note 10 but it was giving me all kinds of trouble.

The Galaxy Watch 3 is supposed to be guaranteed safe while swimming and has a water lock feature and automatically ejects any water from the watch when done swimming. That feature is one of the main reason why I bought it.
I'd rather have a watch that can comfortably last almost two days than a watch that lasts less than half that but charges faster. I charge my watches over night so whether it finishes charging in an hour or in 8, it makes no difference to me
Personally prefer Apple Watch S6 over Galaxy Watch S3 My points are; 1. I needed a real smartwatch, not a semi-dress smartwatch with less health & fitness functions. 2. The seamless UI, and simple interface of Apple Watch is just everyone’s pick. 3. Apple Watch S6 is extremely modular & sporty smartwatch, since it has massive collection of interchangeable straps & bands to match our sporty looks everyday. 4. I have real mechanical watches so i don’t need fake “mechanical smartwatches”. Besides i love Garmin circular smartwatches way more than Samsung’s in terms of fitness functionality.

@JacklStar Amoled is literally a version of OLED. Shows how educated you are. I’d much prefer to use a separate physical crown than to use a touch bezel. At that point why don’t you just make the screen bigger? Samsung totally missed why people like the spinning bezel with their new watch.
I just got the iPhone 12 pro, coming over from the Note 10+. I've been rocking Galaxy for years but finally succumbed to family pressure. I also have the Galaxy watch 3. You're right, using my watch now isn't as seamless as when I had my Note. I get it, that's supposed to happen. But man, the watch looks so good, I can't see myself dressing down with an Apple watch. I've been able to get my faces downloaded, but you have to do the most to get them. I'm willing to deal with that.
Got my Note 20U but the bronze is only available in the 41mm version which I hate. So I am forced to have a bronze phone , bronze buds live and black watch. Very disappointed with the colors. If the Apple Watch was available for Android I would get that

I finally gave in and got an iwatch. I LOOOVE it. But EVERYONE I know who has an iPhone has it and I’m tired of having on the same thing everyone else around me has. Even older versions look the same which increases the problem. So this is something I’m heavily considering.

To be honest I sleep with the titanium Samsung watch 3 and it feels light it feels like nothing is on my hand maybe it’s the band? Because the titanium version band is more stiff or solid and doesn’t move a lot do you kind of feel like nothings on
A little advice for my Samsung Knights with Galaxy watching when you sleep track put the watch on your opposite arm you will bearly feel sleep because you don't move it as much as your dominate side

Hello all I'm looking to get my first Samsung watch and I am very undecided on which one to get. I know the Galaxy Watch 3 just came out not too long ago and it looks promising but I have heard a lot of mixed reviews. Would anyone recommend me getting it or going to another watch?
You may be right about find asleep with the Samsung Galaxy 3 but you do know you can change the strap to anything you want even a cheesy nylon strap to make it feel the same

I use galaxy with an iPhone, you can customize the watch faces and other things just the same as if you had Samsung on Samsung, the same watch app is available in the iOS App Store
You can get a insane amount of watch faces for the Apple Watch if you get the app Clockology and other third party apps installed on your iPhone. Not only can you change out watch bands for the Apple Watch, you can also change out the case and screen protectors to give it a G-Shock vibe and more. You can’t beat the 32 gigabytes of storage in the Apple Watch Series 6.
I was so excited to get the GW3 cuz i have Samsung. But the numerous complaints on battery just made it a no go. Id rather have the apple form factor but obviously that won't work.
Just switched from the s20 ultra to 12 pro max and a SE watch. You had me at the fact that you can't interact with messages on the watch3.. i don't know why that would even be a thing, but so far I'm liking apple for wearable tech.
Gotta go apple watch and iPhone, I got N20U cause it's the best phone ever but if you're gonna get a watch it has to be the apple and get an iPhone with it.

Apple watch is the best to monitor your heart and evens some doctors agree with that. It also looks more premium to the touch. I had a galaxy watch before and it was slow all the time.
You know which watch is better? The one that can actually go more than 2/3rds of a day without needing a charge. Of course a smaller battery will be faster to charge. Why not charge both from dead for 1 hour and see which one actually lasts longer. What working professional wants a watch that needs to be charged before the day is even over? How did Apple even think this battery life is okay? They actually went backwards on battery power. WHY?!
Obviously the apple watch is better for me. I work with clients often and I need something formal. A galaxy watch looks too flashy as if one is a hipster trying to flex on everybody. The apple watch, on the other hand, looks so cool and chill. It also packs more functionality that blows the galaxy watch outta the water.
@Heinz Doofenshmirtz Aw can't even do custom watch faces (which to many is one of the most important feature). As well as no widget screen support. With widget screens, I can scroll using bezel on gw and see all essential information without fumbling to open app after app. The only "advantage" aw has is 3rd party apps. But this is not really an advantage at all. A watch is not phone. Why would you want to run apps on it with its tiny screen?
@@tenwhite769 nope bro not at all. With watchOS 7 it can run custom watch faces. There even is a dedicated app made for that called BuddyWatch and Clockology. Who needs widgets when you can keep 12 complications on 1 watch face and make 3 of them so that you just swipe and tap another complication to see what you want to . IMO this is better than widgets. Also I want to run apps on a tiny screen . You cannot dictate what I want or why I want it. Ever been stuck in a long line . a quick fix game comes in handy.
@Heinz Doofenshmirtz - clockology is just an app mimicking watch face and it doesn't work or integrate well. GW3 watch can have many complication shortcuts as well. But widgets together with physical scroll bezel combination are unbeatable in terms of ease of use. Apple watch UI is just much more cumbersome l.
If you have the cash, skip both of those and get the Garmin Tactix Delta Solar. You wont regret it and get atleaast 2 weeks on a single charge while in smart watch mode with screen display always on! Amazing
New subscriber. I get 3+ days out of my Galaxy Watch and 2 days or less out of my series 6 product red 44. Apple charges a little faster than Galaxy watch but I use a stand up charger after market fast charging.

Just moved to team Samsung after years of iOS. I missed my Apple Watch way more than my iPhone. Would have paired it with my new Samsung if allowed but nope. Just got the GW3, and so far I really like it. 2 day battery life, I love the rotating bezel , and love the notication customization. I also feel like it’s safer for me, as I work around equipment and work outside.
I just did the opposite. I moved from team Samsung to team iPhone. But I kept my Gear S3 and paired it with my iPhone 13 pro max. I was able to add my fit Apps and connected them to Apple health. All of my previous workouts updated. I do miss my Note 10 but it was giving me all kinds of trouble.
@@lb7144 hope you enjoy the switch. iPhone’s are very consistent and smooth. My wife and kids will never leave leave them. I am enjoying the change to android for now and still use my iPad everyday.

If you like designing your own watch faces, this is fairly easy on Tizen and WearOS. Impossible with Apple Watch.
The Galaxy Watch 3 is supposed to be guaranteed safe while swimming and has a water lock feature and automatically ejects any water from the watch when done swimming. That feature is one of the main reason why I bought it.
I'd rather have a watch that can comfortably last almost two days than a watch that lasts less than half that but charges faster. I charge my watches over night so whether it finishes charging in an hour or in 8, it makes no difference to me
I have the Galaxy watch 3 and mine lasts for over 2 days. I am pretty happy with the watch 3.
Personally prefer Apple Watch S6 over Galaxy Watch S3
My points are;
1. I needed a real smartwatch, not a semi-dress smartwatch with less health & fitness functions.
2. The seamless UI, and simple interface of Apple Watch is just everyone’s pick.
3. Apple Watch S6 is extremely modular & sporty smartwatch, since it has massive collection of interchangeable straps & bands to match our sporty looks everyday.
4. I have real mechanical watches so i don’t need fake “mechanical smartwatches”. Besides i love Garmin circular smartwatches way more than Samsung’s in terms of fitness functionality.

@JacklStar Amoled is literally a version of OLED. Shows how educated you are. I’d much prefer to use a separate physical crown than to use a touch bezel. At that point why don’t you just make the screen bigger? Samsung totally missed why people like the spinning bezel with their new watch.
I just got the iPhone 12 pro, coming over from the Note 10+. I've been rocking Galaxy for years but finally succumbed to family pressure. I also have the Galaxy watch 3. You're right, using my watch now isn't as seamless as when I had my Note. I get it, that's supposed to happen. But man, the watch looks so good, I can't see myself dressing down with an Apple watch. I've been able to get my faces downloaded, but you have to do the most to get them. I'm willing to deal with that.
Got my Note 20U but the bronze is only available in the 41mm version which I hate. So I am forced to have a bronze phone , bronze buds live and black watch. Very disappointed with the colors. If the Apple Watch was available for Android I would get that

Apple's not the king quit saying that, Samsung was the original OG when it comes to smart watches, AT&t had exclusive rights to the Samsung gear S.. first smartwatch that you did not have to have your phone with you to make it work.
funny thing is Samsung came out with a square face but everyone called it horrendous but yeah when Apple does it and puts a huge spinning wheel on the side of it..

I finally gave in and got an iwatch. I LOOOVE it. But EVERYONE I know who has an iPhone has it and I’m tired of having on the same thing everyone else around me has. Even older versions look the same which increases the problem. So this is something I’m heavily considering.

To be honest I sleep with the titanium Samsung watch 3 and it feels light it feels like nothing is on my hand maybe it’s the band? Because the titanium version band is more stiff or solid and doesn’t move a lot do you kind of feel like nothings on

A little advice for my Samsung Knights with Galaxy watching when you sleep track put the watch on your opposite arm you will bearly feel sleep because you don't move it as much as your dominate side

Hello all I'm looking to get my first Samsung watch and I am very undecided on which one to get. I know the Galaxy Watch 3 just came out not too long ago and it looks promising but I have heard a lot of mixed reviews. Would anyone recommend me getting it or going to another watch?
You may be right about find asleep with the Samsung Galaxy 3 but you do know you can change the strap to anything you want even a cheesy nylon strap to make it feel the same

You can get a insane amount of watch faces for the Apple Watch if you get the app Clockology and other third party apps installed on your iPhone. Not only can you change out watch bands for the Apple Watch, you can also change out the case and screen protectors to give it a G-Shock vibe and more. You can’t beat the 32 gigabytes of storage in the Apple Watch Series 6.

Apple watch is the best to monitor your heart and evens some doctors agree with that. It also looks more premium to the touch. I had a galaxy watch before and it was slow all the time.

You know which watch is better? The one that can actually go more than 2/3rds of a day without needing a charge. Of course a smaller battery will be faster to charge. Why not charge both from dead for 1 hour and see which one actually lasts longer. What working professional wants a watch that needs to be charged before the day is even over? How did Apple even think this battery life is okay? They actually went backwards on battery power. WHY?!

Obviously the apple watch is better for me. I work with clients often and I need something formal. A galaxy watch looks too flashy as if one is a hipster trying to flex on everybody. The apple watch, on the other hand, looks so cool and chill. It also packs more functionality that blows the galaxy watch outta the water.

Aw can't even do custom watch faces (which to many is one of the most important feature).
As well as no widget screen support. With widget screens, I can scroll using bezel on gw and see all essential information without fumbling to open app after app.
The only "advantage" aw has is 3rd party apps. But this is not really an advantage at all. A watch is not phone. Why would you want to run apps on it with its tiny screen?
@@tenwhite769 nope bro not at all. With watchOS 7 it can run custom watch faces. There even is a dedicated app made for that called BuddyWatch and Clockology.
Who needs widgets when you can keep 12 complications on 1 watch face and make 3 of them so that you just swipe and tap another complication to see what you want to . IMO this is better than widgets.
Also I want to run apps on a tiny screen . You cannot dictate what I want or why I want it. Ever been stuck in a long line . a quick fix game comes in handy.
@Heinz Doofenshmirtz - clockology is just an app mimicking watch face and it doesn't work or integrate well. GW3 watch can have many complication shortcuts as well. But widgets together with physical scroll bezel combination are unbeatable in terms of ease of use. Apple watch UI is just much more cumbersome l.

New subscriber. I get 3+ days out of my Galaxy Watch and 2 days or less out of my series 6 product red 44. Apple charges a little faster than Galaxy watch but I use a stand up charger after market fast charging.
