Hi! I’m working a desk that’s missing a section of the design. Any suggestions on how to just replace a small section of an existing design on a wood vanity?
I must have bought the wrong Resin😳1 for 1 ratio, stirred it and poured it in new molds. Waited a few hours, and still not set up, still clear? Have I ruined my molds?😥
Ooooo great question, so sometimes with clear resin or epoxy people use a heat gun to pop the bubbles. I will have to play around with the clear more to give you a better answer 💙
Yes you can mix certain paints in the resin. Acrylics work well. You want to add about 4% of volume to the resin. The more you add, it makes the resin set up quicker so less work time. I recommend two paints from our collection-Liquid Acrylics-they give you a transparent look in resin-so it will tint the white resin. And our Metallique and Sparks Acrylic paints-this will add beautiful color and sparkle from the Sparks paints. I've used them all in resin and they work great.
I love how you show us how to measure something at "eye Level" by getting to eye level and tell us how the white one is white, but my fav tip is how you show us and explain how to pull tape off.
Excellent demo video. Thank you. And thanks everyone for the helpful comments too. Looks like I have no more excuses to procrastinate:)

Please let ppl know , they shouldn't use the molds for food after you use them for resin or casting material
Can you nail them in?
