    Hi Beth, I’m a cyclist and I teach Pilates. This is a good stretch session. I’m going to try this on my reformer mat. The standing ones I’ll try with my foot bar in the up position. I’m enjoy your sessions. Thank you.

    Hi Beth beautiful stretches has helped in my body’s recovery after queuing for 15hours over night to see our wonderful queen lying in state the pain was worth it 🇬🇧😊❤️
