One suggestion, please just add timer with beep so that while following one knows when to start and when to end without looking at the video as in some postures you can't keep looking at video

Completed 2 weeks today. When I had begun the workout, I was at 26% body fat, with embarrassing love handles. In just two weeks of time, I have lost substantial amount of fat around the hip, and could feel the ab muscles when in crunches position. I am still over 23% body fat at the moment, hence the abs are not visible as of now.
Firstly calculate your calories intake.. Maintenance calories... Then again for 3 weeks continue these exercises and add few cardio exercises or go on a walk for 10,000 steps or have a cycle? Then go for cycling it will burn around 350 calories in just half hour. In this lockdown I suggest to be at home and add at least 5 cardio exercises.

Looks to be a good all out abs workout since lot of exercises have been included especially different type of planks. I would rather prefer to do them every alternate days as doing everyday will definitely going to hurt my lower back. Also not advisable for the beginners or much over weighted persons.
Seriously that's a very effective workout. Just few things- In 2 days this was getting easier for me.... So to harden it, I took my school bag ,put 4 bricks (10-12kg) for some specific exercises like plank hold, up down plank, inverted v plank.... And for Russian twist, I took 2 bricks together and did the exercise (that was good) .... For heel touch, I kept my legs in air, made 90° with thighs and lower leg and same with thighs and upper body to harden it.... That's all.... If you're finding it easy then try this level up.

Hi guys! I did this workout for 14 days straight, and wanted to tell you if it works. I did not get any abs however I noticed 1-2 ich reduction in my waist. My lower belly definitely is smaller now. I did not change my diet, I ate lot of takeouts and meant. So if you want to enhance the result of this workout, I would suggest for you to eat clean (more veggies and raw food). Overall its a good workout!

It definately toned my abs but dont expect it as miralce exercise which can give you abs in 2 weeks. According to me, an average person should give atleast a month with good diet to actually see results. After 2 weeks, i had my college work coming so had to leave training. 😅

Day 1 did 10 -10 rep of every exercise with rest of 20 sec Day2:- same exercises with 20 sec rest Day 3 it was so painful my abs was burning as hell o can feel the pain of shining 😉 Day 4 I increases the reps from 10-15 painful but I was enjoying this workout Day 5:- rest From Day 6- day 20 I can see the core and can feel upper abs but they weren't visible From day 21-30 you can see first two abs 😂😂👍 omg I'm so happy but abhi aagey aur karna h proper abs k liye I can guarantee you guys fi you continue this workout for 2 month you will get good abs ❤️ depends on your body fat percentage 🙏 keep going jai hind

Today is 8 july , and I received very nice comments from all my well wishers as I lost about 6 to 8kg of weight and my abs are stronger now and the love handles are completely gone. I do 10 times 150 jump ropes and 10 times 15 pushups alternate in combination before this workout . This 40 days workout completely change my personality. Thanks jeet sir.

I did these exercise, believe me they are effective but the main thing is you have to increase your workout time from 30 sec to 45 sec after 5 days because our body are very adaptable and it gonna adapt our exercise and won't show any result if the time limit not increased. After 10 increase it by 15 sec more. Do minimal rest, try 3 exercise without exercise

@@Shubhamsharma09 followed for 2 weeks....except on sundays...was quite difficult in starting...but after first week... It became somewhat easy because i was regualr at gym before February. It definately toned my abs but dont expect it as miralce exercise which can give you abs in 2 weeks. According to me, an average person should give atleast a month with good diet to actually see results. After 2 weeks, i had my college work coming so had to leave training. 😅
I myself tried this regime today . 😆 and i dont think 30 seconds is enough for each exercise. Anyway thanks for the reply bro

yha it take shit out of you.. really exhavusted.. can't complete whole 30 secs for some of exercises ..how to incresse this stamina ? I m beginner.. its been 4 days I m doing this.
Day 1 did 10 -10 rep of every exercise with rest of 20 sec
Day2:- same exercises with 20 sec rest
Day 3 it was so painful my abs was burning as hell o can feel the pain of shining 😉
Day 4 I increases the reps from 10-15 painful but I was enjoying this workout
Day 5:- rest
From Day 6- day 20 I can see the core and can feel upper abs but they weren't visible
From day 21-30 you can see first two abs 😂😂👍 omg I'm so happy but abhi aagey aur karna h proper abs k liye I can guarantee you guys fi you continue this workout for 2 month you will get good abs ❤️ depends on your body fat percentage 🙏 keep going jai hind

1 year ago I started this exercises, then almost 2 or 3 weeks later, started pain in my waist (slip disc), and still it's not cure

What😂?? I've never seen any kid doing something similar to plank, oblique crunches, plank up n down, bicycle crunches. Never seen anyone play with similar movements

Today is 8 july , and I received very nice comments from all my well wishers as I lost about 6 to 8kg of weight and my abs are stronger now and the love handles are completely gone. I do 10 times 150 jump ropes and 10 times 15 pushups alternate in combination before this workout . This 40 days workout completely change my personality.

I did these exercise, believe me they are effective but the main thing is you have to increase your workout time from 30 sec to 45 sec after 5 days because our body are very adaptable and it gonna adapt our exercise and won't show any result if the time limit not increased. After 10 increase it by 15 sec more. Do minimal rest, try 3 exercise without exercise
Should i do everyday
@@TheDailyProphet789 it depends on the timing that is don't do before hitting the gym and if you don't go to gym then do this everyday, the best timing for these exercise is after waking up in morning
