I LOVE Tabata workouts! They are a no-nonsense type of intensity and I love how it goes by so fast because we rarely stop moving! I am challenging you to keep your intensity high in the cardio and keep your form tight in the core section of this workout! 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest all day and we are going to CRUSH IT together! There will be a fat torching finisher that will ramp up your calorie burn numbers and keep your metabolism high for hours after this workout! As always, I will provide modifications for every movement! Can you burn 400 calories too? Let's get to work!

Second workout after the legs workout for summertime fine 2.0! 🏋️♀️I must be insane doing this after those intense legs!🤪The burpees at the end were killing me and I needed a 15 second break before doing 8 burpees! 😩I didn’t finish to 10 but that’s my goal for next time! Always trying to beat my own progress! 👍Thanks for your older and new workouts!! ❤️💃
Loved this workout! This morning I was working out with my 3 year old granddaughter with me. She loves jumping jacks and was asking if we were going to do them so she was super excited when we did the criss-cross jacks. She was listening at the end when you were talking about sharing this with a friend and working out with a friend and she said, "Grandma, you already have a friend - me!" I'm the luckiest grandma in the world!!

I CRUSHED it! I strained my back bending over bathing my dog (who had to be lathered for a long time for mange) and did not even realize it until much later. It was a bit dicey for me on the abs but I made it through. Had to go slower than usual on the almighty Burpees to prevent further injury, but I love me some Burpees and don't back down. :-)

I was able to get through this one by modifying some of the higher impact cardio moves with lower impact for my knee. Feels SO good to sweat again with you!!

Just found your channel a few weeks ago looks like this was an old video but still a great one! I died at the end of the finisher
So I opted to this today instead of the resistance band workout and boy did I sweat like a crazy horse! You just had to get us with your signature burpee surprise huh Sydney? lol! Loved the push and the superman's FYI are NOT my favorite workout but hey, gotta get it in! With abs it's also a love hate workout relationship...Lol! Good job everyone for crushing this one. Crushed it! 😰 You know I hate those burpees and I knew that would be the closing burnout! 😩 lol I couldn’t go as fast as you so I paused the video, finished my 10 sets, then I was able to catch up for the cool down. But I didn’t stop and I’m proud of myself for finishing 🙌🏼

Do not let the 30 minute trick y'all thinking this was easy. This was TOUGH, but end up feeling amazing :D I struggled through the finale, I had to modify the burpees because I was out of breath and my legs were screaming! Pyramid workout format has always been a challenge for me, it's so intimidating
