    I totally crushed it and gave it my all.. I’ve been working out for about almost a year now and I’ve lost 60 lbs. I workout everyday and man I have to say I’m absolutely drenched in sweat from this workout. It was super fun and I loved the energy you put out.     Feel so good!! So happy I crushed it!! On week 3 staying consistent! Becoming a habit so no way I'm stopping because its SO HARD to start over! I found myself slowing down on pausing lol so it was easier to keep going and NOT THINK ughhh were not done yet!💪🥰

    I am late but day 10 of RC90 ! I didn't feel like workout out today. I started my korean language class this monday and I am working part time after class. I felt so drowned but after I had a nice healthy dinner I had energy and crushed this workout! I feel so good!!!

    Still a great work out... I personally add this little ones after dinner. In the morning I do the currently uploaded ones...
    I call them now little ones...there was a time I could not even make it up to 30 min

    This tabata workout was so fun! I loved the abs exercises, along with the cardio moves. I felt really strong during this workout, and because I felt strong I was able to really push myself. I was nice and sweaty at the end, and went on the do the 40 minute Upper Body Tone and Shred workout from yesterday. Thanks Sydney, I feel great!

    This was an excellent sweat-til-you're-drenched-workout!!! I loved the little rest in between (could have done without the abs in between the cardio) but I was still able to keep my heart rate up. The last 10 mins was exactly a Tabata Turn-Up the heat happiness. Thx Sydney!
