This tabata workout was so fun! I loved the abs exercises, along with the cardio moves. I felt really strong during this workout, and because I felt strong I was able to really push myself. I was nice and sweaty at the end, and went on the do the 40 minute Upper Body Tone and Shred workout from yesterday. Thanks Sydney, I feel great!

This was an excellent sweat-til-you're-drenched-workout!!! I loved the little rest in between (could have done without the abs in between the cardio) but I was still able to keep my heart rate up. The last 10 mins was exactly a Tabata Turn-Up the heat happiness. Thx Sydney!
