Continuing to recover from covid. This was a great way to get started. This is exactly what my body was looking for after not working out for 10 days. Really felt my hips open up in that stacked crosslegged sit. Will be using again!
Perfect quick stretch in the morning. Can I ask for another one that's 45 mins to an hour long. I'd really like to be able to hold those stretches much longer. They felt so good!
