    Continuing to recover from covid. This was a great way to get started. This is exactly what my body was looking for after not working out for 10 days. Really felt my hips open up in that stacked crosslegged sit. Will be using again!

    Perfect quick stretch in the morning. Can I ask for another one that's 45 mins to an hour long. I'd really like to be able to hold those stretches much longer. They felt so good!

    Honestly, I've been complaining from sore hips, sore obliques, lower abs, and lower back pain all week, and I feel so much better after this stretch. This was incredible. Thank you ladies so much 😘🤗👍🙌👏❤❤

    Wow! Thanks Ladies, this was a very relaxing and releasing yoga practice. I absolutely loved it! I practice yoga at least twice a week and wish I had time to do it more. Would love to see more at the end of the week Sydney. It's a great way to end an intense week of training.

    Thank you both! I did this again after the Oct 13 yoga video. Loved it. I do agree with other commenters, the music drowns out the instructor’s voice making her hard to hear. This is true of the Oct 13 video too.

    Yoga is something I know I should do but have such a hard time getting into because I find it so boring 😴. This was definitely not boring! It was awesome! Loved the flow sequence and it felt good and so needed. Thank you Sydney and Sydney!! ❤

    Thank you so much ladies!! This was the perfect stretch for the hips and loved the flow variations. It was simple but not grueling or painful. I'll be doing this yoga flow stretch until next Saturday.
