This is the first time I have ever been challenged to go from pigeon to split & I was shocked how close I was and I have never done the splits before. Excited to keep stretching daily and see when I hit the full splits!

You are so great; you cover so many aspect of the fitness and yoou tecah me new moves, new variations. Making the whole journey so interesting and mostly effective. You're really an amazing teacher and we are blessed that you're into our lives. Superb stretching, the last move done so often, was made new by your twist. Thank you.
