YES SET THE LFO TO 16 or 8 or 4 depending on how long you want to stretch the sample! Been using this trick heapppps and you can adjust the pitch to taste 👅
Thank you for the kind words! The guitar sample is 3.286 sec, or 2 bars at 146 BPM if my math is right. The method should be the same for 1, 2 and 4-bar loops, but the LFO multiplier needs to be adjusted for each. 1-bar loop = Mul x4 2-bar loop = Mul x2 4-bar loop = Mul x1
did you see some dude figured out live transpose when playing. it was transposing the sequencce instead of playing whatever trig you pressed chromatically
Great feat 😘 But now if is possible, Why on earth Elektron doesn’t make a bloody knob with this script command to do this from the get-go?!! As always well know for crippling their own machines, I’m getting tires of this antics from Elektron

This is HUGE! Solves so much frustration I've been having with using loops in changing tempos
man great job now i can use all my drum loops in any tempo. adding this to the ever expanding feature guide.
Nice one for this; you're a legend. 🙏🏽
▲ yes, great work! crystal clear demo!
Thank you! I tried several methods - non worked for me. I'd like Elektron give us this trick from the beginning as I bet they knew this.
Thank you so much for this, Will!
This is golden
Nice! Didn't know this was possible. Saving this to come back to 👍 cheers
but can it do a Jungle-era S1000 granular timestretch though? 🙂

Thanks, this tip is really game changing !!!
nice tape effect
Day 3 M:S user and I'm screenshotting this to try later! Thanks a lot
Indeed a great and usefull tutorial, thanks. However i do have a question. What is the lenght of your guitar sample?

What the heck. Why all this hoopla for time stretch. Bet they won't ever bake this function in

Lol, i was thinking the same.. cause they need to sell the octatrack
Why don't you buy other gear from a different brand that makes you happy instead of complaining or maybe complaining is what makes you happy?
