30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell HIIT Workout [Advanced]

  • Grab a set of dumbbells and tap in for a 30 Minute Dumbbell HIIT Workout that will help build your overall strength and conditioning. All you need are light-moderate weights. (we used 5lb-15lb pairs) and a yoga mat/soft surface. This workout is loaded with compound movements to help elevate your heart rate and burn body fat. We have modifications for some of the more difficult exercises or if you need a lower impact variation. Give this workout a go, and let us know what you think in the comments 🔥

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    I wasnt motivated to workout but said "ok do a 30min HIT on here" and seriously the 30mins was over before I knew it! Great job! Liked the workout! Wish I had pairs of DBs but was able to make it work w/ a few DBs and a weighted vest

    You both never fail to impress me with your workouts. This one was so so good. I am getting the forms better with every work out that I do, trying to remember to keep my core in focus.     I'm 15mos postpartum (used to be an active bjj practitioner). Took a while for me to get back to my fitness journey but when I came across your channel, made a daily commitment to do your videos. I've lost 10lbs (coupled with clean eating) so far within 3 weeks of dedicated harwork thanks to your awesome channel.     This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE of your workouts or any other workouts I've seen anywhere. I love that I get a strength and cardio workout in one and that you hit all the major muscle groups. This is the most efficient workout I've seen. I like the HIT style too -- go hard for about a minute and pant for 20 to 40 secs in between. I'm super grateful that you guys have made this available on RUclips. I'm in the WalMart slinging 40lb bags of dog food with all my grays hanging out 😂😊 Thanks guys!

    Did this workout again today - do it a few times a month, nevertheless, I get SO excited to see progress... I started this workout with a set of 3 kg DB's - today, I use a set of 9 kgs - WHOOP! Consistency is KEY! #Focused #Determined

    I just started my workout journey. I am going to be 50 very soon. I used to run but my knees started hurting. Since I stopped running I am gaining weight. I want to loose weight without hurting my knees. I love your workouts. I like that each exercise only last for 1 minute. In my mind I say-I can do 1 minute. I only modify the exercises bending the knees. Thank you!

    I started this video 2 months ago (after being inconsistent with exercise for months) and I was doing everything modified.     J&T... WOW! after completing summer ready challenge I zoomed through this workout today!! Love yall! Im going up in weight and my balance and strength are so improved.     I am a girl who is not really girly with broad shoulders..initially i did'nt really like it much i always looked like a guy's body on a girl's face and now..I'm plump as heck short and stout..but this workout just makes me celebrate myself every single day i have taken a pledge to just appreciate myself and love my body and honestly i have been so happier to love myself everyday and embrace everything after all not everyone is blessed to have broad shoulders..can't wait to see myself nailing that bold look in the future..my goals are different witht he society beauty model standards but today im just happy to be different and unique..keep posting!

    I am liking this week 2 of the 4 week challenge! These workouts challenge me big time! I love how you guys have the 5 second countdown when that particular exercise is ending and the switch notification sound because sometimes I'm on the floor and can't see the screen so thanks for that...

    I just did this using 30 pd dumbbells, I don’t know if that was the best idea but either way I’m glad I got it done. I did everything except for the very last exercise, I will be better next time tho!

    I follow your workouts thrice a week divided among upper body strength, lower body strength and one hiit/cardio. I just discovered this video today, and my main goal is to burn fat, while preserving muscles.

    I havent been able to workout for a while due to an unknown illness. Getting back into it my main struggle has been finding it boring. This was so fun! Thank you for showing different variations for people at different levels that is really helpful when i feel like im never doing enough x 😊

    I really love your workouts - thanks so much for the time and energy you put into producing them!! If I might make a request, I'd love more of these 20-30 (or 40?) minute, full-body dumbbell workouts.

    I know some people don’t prefer talking videos but I personally do since I’m a beginner and want to work on my form, and the talking videos help me do that. Today I tried out this workout and it was great! Keep up the amazing vids :)

    These videos must be working, when it was time for the plank tuck open press towards the end I almost laughed out loud but I did the whole 40 seconds and I am blown away! Thank you!

    I’ve always enjoyed working out and your combinations are good. I enjoy your workouts. This
    1. Can you show a count down of the exercise? When there 12 moves I like to know how close I am.
    2. I like when you are perpendicular to one another, it allow me to see all the moves.
    This will definitely be in my workout rotation! 👍🏾🏋🏾‍♀️
