    I’m multiply neurodivergent (autistic, adhd, dyspraxia, etc), which makes most at home workout programs challenging. The constant talking is distracting, and the fact that the trainers always say that you’ll get better is disheartening as there are some things I’ll never truly get better at because I’m disabled. BUT, you two have created the first workout videos I can actually do! You give time in between, showing the move over and over again so I can prepare. You don’t talk, so I can focus on trying to control what my body is doing without distraction. You don’t waste time by rambling on with each other, so I don’t get bored. Basically, I know you didn’t set out necessarily to make workouts for disabled people, but for my brain and the struggles I deal with daily, you have succeeded in making me feel good about myself and my efforts after EVERY workout of yours I’ve done, the first time a workout program has ever done that, no frustration at all! Thank you for everything you do!!

    Week 3 Day 1: I can feel myself getting stronger for real! 2 weeks ago I wouldn't have been able to do the active rests. Now I can complete them without even putting my feet down! Love my progress! Thanks guys! See yall tomorrow!

    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    Your workouts really helped me a lot in pursuing a health lifestyle, from beginner friendly levelling up to an advanced one. I may be far from having the perfect bod, but the ability to finish the entire workout and the increase in the number of set done each time, is a great way to feel a progress. Keep up the good work !

    Week 3 Day 1: This was a progressive workout this morning. I did this with a set of 5 lbs, but I am ready for 10 lbs. Still sweaty with 5 lbs and helpful to get though the monotonous work day. My day was energizing. I recovered today with a needed 15 minute yoga, 30 minute lunch break walk, and an evening of stretch + mobility.

    Week 3 Day 1: Weights getting easier to carry but striving through consistency is hard. Barely even made it through the cooldown. Ayeee Noticing my hamstrings getting easier to stretch.

    Great workout! I love your workouts because I can make them my own. I ended up challenging myself to NOT drop the weights a few times when I felt like the weight I was using wasn’t quite heavy enough. That the beauty of your workouts….anyone can do it and get a great workout. By modifying the weights and/or the tempo we can each challenge ourselves and at the same time, not get discouraged that we can’t keep up. We all have different levels of fitness and these workouts can simply be modified for each individual person. I enjoy working out with you two, you keep me motivated! Keep them coming 😀

    The active rests increased my heart rate more than other exercises do. Enjoyed the workout using pair of 4kg dumbells. Will do it again untill i am able to do them all in a good form. Thank you Juice and Toya! Love from Malaysia

    Week 3. Day 1. Killed it. I noticed my cardio is improving. Only needed one break! Knees are feeling stronger (had 2 meniscus tears ) Feeling good!!

      Be careful, too much metabolic workouts can send the wrong signals to your body. Instead of burning fat, you'll start storing fat, it can also affect your metabolism and performance. Every other day might be more beneficial.

    This was not only very effective, but also fun!!! Great way to keep long intervals interesting & accessible, and imo doing the exercises partly with no/little weight helps refocus on the correct form!

    This is my all-time favorite workout of yours! Please do more like this one! 60 minutes of work was made doable with the changes every 20 seconds (lower body) and 30 sec (upper body). Thanks for a great workout!!

    Good workout. I’d be inclined to go with slightly heavier weights. I used 10kg (22lb) and still thought they were a bit light, and I’m no Juice!
