Let me start off by saying that I stumbled across your channel yesterday, completed a 30-minute hit session, and felt like I was working out for hours. So I decided to complete this session today, and I almost gave up, but I said, "You've come this far, so let's get it done!" And that I did! Every inch of me was covered in sweat. Been working out with y’all for about a month and half. This was by far one of the toughest workouts. Great stuff! Down 7 lbs but more importantly I have a ton of energy and my knee pain is subsiding.
This workout was a challenge, those compound movements is something else! Still sweating head to toe over 30 mins later after workout. I usually do 15-20 min core workout, 3-4 min rest, then either dumbbell or cardio. Great selection of videos to choose from. Been working out past 8 mos, 3 to 5 days wk and it was ooh, ooh, ooh, you keep me motivated. I'm 67 yrs young and If I can do it anyone can. Need to check out your APP!
Day 4 of Summer Ready! I swear I could enjoy this one SO MUCH MORE than yesterday's 20 min HIIT 😄 1 more day for week 1 and then we have our active recovery and rest day 🥰 In Indonesian, we have this word, "Semangat!" which means "Cheer up/keep going!" so let me say it to all of you my fellow Summer Ready buddies, "Semangat guys!!! I love your workouts, but I found this one a little too arms-heavy. Usually I find them to be well-balanced, but in this one I could barely finish the arms exercises, and I found my legs didn’t get enough of a workout. I’ll go do one of your leg workouts now. Thanks for the variety of videos.

These are the types of workouts my husband and I love to do (HIIT, ploy, bodyweight, cardio, strength, endurance, all mix and match)! I love that you do them as a couple so we have that option as well. I SO appreciate clean music and even, Toya, that you wear modest clothing. Both my husband and I feel comfortable watching and working out with you both. There is so much junk out there and nobody needs that. I'm starting to feel like my old self again after working out with you for a few weeks now. I'm seeing results fast, fast fast! And I'm 61! Thank you so much, I was tired of people chatting to me in the gym and ruining my zone so I gave up until I looked up weight training on RUclips and your 15 minute workout popped up. I was hooked. After 15 minutes, it feels like 5 minutes so it is easy to get used to.
I like this new layout with the percentage on top for every set, it lets me know how far along I am in the workout. Thanks for another awesome exercise!

Day 4 of the 2023 Summer Ready Challenge!!! All I can say is Whew. That was a workout and I'm feeling good about being consistent. I'm really enjoying the dumbbell workouts. I'm starting to feel the soreness, so I know the workouts are working. I broke a sweat 🔥and as I increase my weights I know I will sweat even more and feel the workouts more. For week 1 I'm using 2lb weights considering I haven't used weights in over a decade. I will increase the weights each week.

I'm crushed, but it feels so nice. 4 days in a row and I still hate lunges, how impressive is that for me (the days in a row, not the lunges)? I can't explain.
