- There truly is nowhere on Earth like Florida. Paco travels south to try out different kinds of Floridan tacos, which come from Cuban, Mexican, and Puerto Rican influence. He meets up with Chef Hector and Ivonna of Taco Sonara 305, then travels to meet up with internet sensations Chef Frankie and SoFla of La Jama TV, and ends with a traditional Tripleta taco from the notorious El Bori Foodtruck. Created in partnership with Camarena Tequila. #ad

So happy to see Francisco host this show again. One of my faves from Munchies.
Fuck Florida
Interesting how every Latino has its own accent in talking Spanish I love it from Cubanos 🇨🇺 to 🇵🇷 to 🇲🇽 all one culture Pura cultura Latina !!!! Viva La RAZA Latina
Did you think all Spanish individuals were the same?
@@miamigladiator9545 no I just like the different accents
Spanish is so different depending on where your from it can be hard to understand people sometimes when the words can be so different or theme word can mean something totally different its all cool and unique also fun
Yeah. It’s mind blowing that a language that’s not English could have accents.
@@Vassili3005 he likes the accents.
Thank you guys for having us! Great times and amazing food
If ya ever have the chance, come to these taco festivals in Cali and share the miami taco experience with the west coast!
The tacos looked so good
Ay bro if I’m ever in Miami I’m comin to the truck!!!!! Food and energy on point 💯💯
A decade ago it was really hard for some good tacos in Dade county, things have definitely changed.
Listening to many different accents of Espanol all in one EP is awesome. Viva Tacos!
I am again continuing my crusade: Francisco is the best host on this damn site. Todo los tacos para siempre
In Puerto Rico 30 years ago my grandmother was making her own Version of tacos. A fusion of different Latino foods is natural. So happy to see this.
I love this so much, more of this guy please
Eating tacos around the world, that’s the dream. Always hungry 🤤
Best host, best show. I love that he is getting a chance to shine.
Nice piece of details, I love the vibe I get from Miami when it comes to looking for that late night bite and this videos does show they have a lot to offer!
I’m sure they’re a delish but I’m a traditionalist so give taco de langua and tripe dorado anyday!!!!!!!😋
Miami people don't know how to appreciate a tripe taco. They'll throw pineapple chips and mayoketchup on it. They get drunk and eat garbage plates. That's miami street food for you.
As a Miami local, it hurts not being to find tripa and lengua easily 🥲
Definitely with you there I like original all this bullshit is robbing taco culture of its origin
Unreal it had to be good you can tell the those tacos were coming from the heart long live the Paco Taco 👍👍
I love how Chef Frankie says "I am not Cuban, I am from Miami." I'm originally from Miami and moved to California, but my family is Honduran. When the Mexican kids would ask about Honduras, I would say I don't know anything. My culture is Miami, and I would explain how it's a huge melting pot, fusion. For example for Christmas we're eating pernil, arroz con gandules, tostones, mojo, tortillas Hondurenos, chimol from El Salvador, morcillas. It's a little bit of EVERYONE'S culture and food. Only in L.A do I notice the segregation between Salvadoran, Mexican, Honduran and Guatemalans.
That's because fools from Miami and Florida lose their identities which is nothing to be proud of. Only in fLorida can someone brag about being in a "melting pot" while simultaneously living in one of the most segregated and racist states in America.
Internalized racism is a real thing. Survival mindset is not a coincidence, you’d have to look at the history of immigration in California. Mexico is at the immediate southern border, so that has implications on migration patterns based on political ties. I’m Tohono O’odham and Mexican. It’s extremely complex and unfortunately indigenous communities are overlooked or given the minimum.
@@jessef.81 Explains a lot of Cubans for example being Republican supporters.
You are dealing with Americans and their ethnicities, none of that applies to actual Latin America. Those werent “Mexican kids” they were Americans with Hispanic heritage
305 represent from La Saguesera
Francisco is a fantastic host. I love this series.
Thats good that all the latinos are united more then ever 🙏🏽🙌🏽
As A Mexican 🇲🇽 I’ve always respected other cultures interpretation of our food They might add different ingredients but In the end it’s still good
As a person who appreciates tacos and the effort and skill it takes to put together a great one.. I apologize for this trashhhhh
@@gfbmusic yeah there is good Mexican fusion food. This ain't it.
@@ottmarmontes you must be the expert
Love your travel taco and Latin American food videos. I'm Asian but love Latin American food, especially tacos n burritos. And the best tacos n burritos are always at the little hole in the wall joints around here in north GA where they hardly speak any English but the food is the best.
another banger, another banger from todos los tacos
Pinshi shulada ver a nuestra gente Sonorense compartir nuestra comida por todos lados 🤠

Munchies hands down the best RUclips channel
Finally another episode
Tacos are the best,no matter what it’ll set the mood
We missed you!!! Hungry again
I luv it !!!
Sweet!! Long live tacos!!
love this ❤️
I used to know Miami only from watching Dexter, always thought it was somehow worked over for television. It's not. It's exactly as beautiful, I love this place.
I love the language, food, ladies and the style of Latinos.
What's a Latino?
If you're in Broward come to The Taco Project in Coral Springs tho.
Tu lo as dicho, Paco... Long live tacos. 👍🌮
My favorite Miami taco has to be tacos and tattoos a real Miami vibe family owned restaurant with great food

May God bless you all 😍
Awesome! Now this is a Miami field trip I could do.
Amazing
Lol that Cuban got that no sabo Spanish . It’s funny cuz I see myself a bit in him
This New Mexican/Californian TOTALLY loves what you're doing. Those ww shaped taco plates are great for "over stuffed" tacos. We're getting the Hatch chile harvest in and just got our first 25 lb batch of roasted peeled picoso chiles. Last year hunting I got an opportunity to serve tacos chupacabra.
Miami is extremely diverse and therefore it inspires chefs to create fusion foods. The public is very accepting of other races and cultures. We are very proud to be Miamians! #305 #onlyindade #305tillidie
The taco with ketchup mayo 😆
The. best Latin flavor in all Miami!!! Try it you will love it and it’s very addicting 😂 ❤️🙏👍👍👍👍👍
Ya me imagino esas tortillas saben a medicina
Man, I fuckin love this show. But I live in Scotland. 😳
Paco's face at 10:12 tells you all you need to know!

Estabo bueno el taco de ojo de los tacos Sonora
My middle name is Francisco, so naturally, my nickname is Paco. Growing up amongst a bunch of Asians and Irish in Queens, NY, all the kids used to call me Paco Taco. That shit haunted me, and I hated it. Hearing it in this video gave me slight PTSD 😂
Se parecen mucho a los tacos baja usando la mayonesa como base de una salsa
i see Francisco i like
🌮🔥👊🏽
La jamaaaaa!!!!! 🏆🏆🏆🏆
Yeeeeeeeee
Here's hoping that Miami style tacos become a thing and starts appearing in other parts of the country. Kinda like how birria tacos had been very regional (mostly in California) before becoming much more widespread.
No thanks
Hell no
Te falta un taco de queso fresco o el taco de sal 🤙🙏

So what your saying is I really need to make the trip to Miami ..umm yea lol . I love taco's and I know this would be one of the best places to get them. I need to hurry up and go.
Those tacos look bomb af. I wish I lived in Miami.

Yoooooo!

Miami is the sh*t bro 🥰😛 y les falto Viva Mexico 😩

The triplets needs some lime.
Curious why sourcing flour tortillas is a good thing instead of fresh.
They use flour because they're cheaper. And accessible. Real taco places make their own!!
@@gfbmusic Maybe you'll discover capitalism one day.
I'll stick with tacos is Cali
I'll stick wit Texas tacos
Where Tiago Tacos at??
I'll stick with Cali West Coast tacos.. hehehe.. we got fire ass tacos.. all kinds
Here in Miami we are better at other stuff. We leave the tacos to you guys. In Miami there is a melting pot from South America and some Central America but not specifically from Mexico. Vice should do one of arepas, Cuban sandwiches, Caribbean food etc.
@@alberodriguez3234 ain't not problem with that... true ya''ll got your own better stuff that's why miami is miami for it's own uniqueness in its demographic .. LIke if i want some bomb ass empinadas or carribean food or exotic tropical fruit i would fly out to florida too instead of out of country.. Lol
@@yeahman1756 it's all the same. Meat and flatbread. Mexicans culturally appropriated tacos from Lebanon.
@@tuckerbugeater no, tacos is what our native american ancestors ate, tortillas were invented by natives and corn was first cultivated by natives as well, there was no corn in the middle east and def no tortillas either, neither was there any tomatoes in the middle east or chile peppers, which means no marinated sauce and salsas for the tacos, nice try

I don't know why, most Mexican people that I met they are from Sonora maybe 80%?
Embarrassing ima have to move to Miami and put a taqueria and show the people what a Mexican taco really is
If he uses steak, but no beef steak, what kind of meat is he using. Is it a translation issue or what?! The last food truck was the last attractive one to me. Mixing Ketchup and Mayo with some meat, fries, w/o any other condoments? Okeeyy... You need Tequila before and afterwards :)...
First
These are decent tacos but they ain't got shit on LA tacos
I moved from LA to Miami and I have to take a drive to Florida City to eat tacos that are on par with LA. I'd never seek out to eat the tacos featured on this episode. I'd eat a Cuban sandwich/steak sandwich or puerto Rican food. But these "fusion" foods are watered down versions of classics imo or just plain ol messes. You can tell Paco was thinking something disrespectful in his mind when he ate this stuff
This is garbage. You're better off going to a random Cuban spot and getting Cuban sandwich instead of this crap. Fuck positive vibes!! This is shitttt... les be realllll.
@@gfbmusic seems like all your comments on here hate on us. It’s all good bro. Come by and try it for your self before you come here bashing guys. We never claimed to be authentic, very clearly we are inspired by and it’s fusion. If you don’t like it here then move back to LA homie. ✌🏽and oh BTW paco wasn’t thinking anything like that. He was a great host and understood the assignment. We’re all friends
@@LaJamaTV don't take it personal guys, it's just my opinion. I'm sure you got fans and imo they all have shit taste/palate. I'm not gonna pay you to make me some crap stuffed in a store bought flour tortilla!? This is food drunk people put together at home. I dont think it's worthy of praise or recognition. I will continue eating delicious well-made Cuban sandwiches and amazing Mexican House made corn tortilla'ed tacos in Miami. And continue to avoid places like your food truck like it's infested with monkeypox. It's a real shame what you people are doing.

Actually not true before Spanish people even came to Mexico ancient Mexicans wey putting filling is freshly made corn tortillas and ate them as tacos now as far as the name goes maybe that came after but they are from Mexico. But if you can prove they are from where you say they are than I would stand corrected
