There are inside game sounds from the construction, jobs, (RC) race, gang attacks, the game would be laggin because its to big for uploading,... and thats why they don't change the construction building

I think they will never finish that because it will conflict with many missions that take place in the construction site

There is a change in the subway at the door entrance of the construction of the Pillbox North underground station for the mission The Government- Deal there is a camera and a entrance security
