Man I can't wait till this mod is finished. I wish they would've just had mexico for the sake of it in the base game kind of like west elizabeth. Something about the atmosphere change in mexico is needed. It would of been cool just to see what a earlier version mexico was like and what was going on at that time. The whole mexico part in the first game was phenomenal.

Its amazing how much modders have been able to do over the years, I hope one day to revisit Mexico and take in the sights once again.
