Still waiting for someone to figure out what the hidden cemetery is all about... its in the are between Osman Grove Cabin and Fort Brennand. On the map it says "Kamassa River" and on the highest point, to the west part before you hit the road there is a cemetery there. Just east of it are the bodies of the chain gang, including the one who sawed his leg off
Straight up. Im trying to fill the compendium and get all the challenges on my fourth run. It's seeming its gonna take a couple years literally and I'm pretty sure I missed a stranger mission or two so 100% is a pipe dream

@@dylancrack6131 tbh i have played so much rdr2 i am apparently an amateur botanist and naturalist. I have 100% the game twice once on xbox one and again on series x, also got the zoologist achievement. The game is simply wonderful

More than that, i can't understand why they keep ruining story mode with every single update, costumers asking simple things like for example being able to remove off hand holsters and satchels and they make the option available just for the online that's fucking stupid
About little details: In Guarma I found myself a nice white hat. During the mission with Dutch to free Javier I changed my hat for a dirty one from another guard (in the sugar storage that you sabotage) and Dutch said all of a sudden: "I liked the other one better.". My mind was blown, again!
I saw something similar! I was on a mission with Charles to find Trelawney when the guys we were beating up knocked off my hat. Before we rode off, I picked MY hat, and Charles said, “that’s one way to get a new hat” it blew my mind, especially when it was Arthur’s hat to begin with

I doubt that Cayo perico Loch ness Monster had any relation, although it could be possible, as the textures for it are really good for something only supposed to be visible long distance, but it doesn't make any noise or even have a hit box in gta
just like Skyrim if a game is big like those games there so much random things you overlook without ever noticing until you go back or pay close attention
The bear tip isn't just staring it down, you have to hold still as well. If you continue moving around even while staring at it there is a chance it will attack you, if you don't move at all. The bear will always leave you alone.
Works on grizzlies in-game - yes you have to stay still, it'll run right up to you, roar in your face, and then turn and run after you've sucessfully passed the vibe check
Let's just all agree that RDR2 is the most breathtaking experience we had in many years of video games. In terms of details, graphics, realism/immersion. It's a whole piece of art

Micah almost never sleeps when he's at camp and at one point in Chapter 3 there's an interaction where Javier is drinking, joking and talking with Micah. After Micah says "I'm drunker than a Lord." Javier says "Me too." and walks away. After Javier walks away, Micah lays his head down on the poker table like he's sleeping, only thing is, his eyes never shut. It's weird.
You know why he doesn't really sleep, right (aside from the daytime naps he takes with his feet on the table in Beaver Hollow and in the hammock after returning from Guarma)? Look up the old logo for the Pinkerton Detective Agency. It has a little slogan and is one of those little clues as to the way things will eventually go. ;)

I just started playing this game two weeks ago and it is all I play! I can’t believe I denied myself this beautifully crafted game! Rockstar is amazing with the immersion and detail like no other developer out there. I find myself stopping my horse and admiring the view so many times. Currently I’m attempting to shoot a dragonfly with an arrow but still unsuccessful lol
I played it for a year straight. This game is so immersive its unbelievable. I dont game online at all, this is all story mode time. Lol. Literally played it today looking for glitches
I can't say anything about the Dragon Flies. But the other day, while I was looking thru a scope, one of the Fire Fly's passed by right in front of it. It has the full detail in its body and was kinda blinding on the eyes for a second. It was one of those holy crap moments that leave you smiling. I have had a number of those. Keep us posted on getting the perfect Dragon Fly carcass :)
This game is a masterpiece, my favourite of the PS4 era. The online is heavily criticised, but I still come back to it every once in a while to have some fun
@@shalindelta7 Fallout 4 for me is an amazing experience; very immersive and even more with Survival difficulty which changes the game completely. However, I think it is a retrograde game -a lot of people were disappointed because it was just more of the same and not a big change technically like The Witcher 2 & 3 by example- old engine, not polished and long loading screens which was unacceptable for 2015. Still a great game though but I wouldn’t put it at the top.

I think PS4 and Xbox one have been pushed as hard as they can be pushed. Especially since if it does get added the online community will want it very badly, and it wouldn’t be stable on old gen.

the missing princess is my favorite secret in the game and i’m honestly hoping that if she isn’t already hidden somewhere, that they will quietly add her in one of the upcoming updates. i really hope we’ll find her eventually.
She’s in the game technically speaking, there’s just no way to spawn her normally without console commands, but the model is there, you can find it in the game archives, but I think that if they add her it will be related with the Van Horn trader somehow as all leads seem to go there

If I've learnt anything from playing rdr 2 a second time is that the game rewards you for taking your time and exploring the game plus this video proves that rockstar should make single player dlc for the game.
One of two things desperately needs to happen: 1: They give us undead nightmare for rdr2 or they remaster rdr1. GTA 5 is great but it's so old, I love the work they've done and I don't want to sound like I don't appreciate the time that goes into these games, but gta online gets far too much attention and rdr is treated like the red headed step child. The community for rdr is loyal and I think deserves at least undead nightmare.
I was stuck by lightening just outside of Rhodes near that red barn building. I jumped out of my skin when it happened because it’s loud af through the headphones.
I had a very near miss irl with lightning once, and it is LOUD AF irl, too. Is it weird that I want to go hang out near that red barn until I get Arthur struck by lightning so I can get my own version of 100%? XD
Man I wish Rockstar could've made a DLC for RDR2. I just love all the creepy, spooky, weird things you can find in the game. Just imagine if they made another spooky DLC like Undead Nightmare but instead of zombies it would be all the eerie stuff you find in the world like the vampire, manbearpig, the witches cauldron, the princess, the crashed meteor, the ghost train, the night folk, the wolf man, the alien ship, etc. Would be cool to interact more with these creatures, people, things etc. Doing missions like to help them out, kill them, or investigate.
I'd say online is 5/10, I've had fun with it but it feels kinda pointless and dragged out more often than not. On the other hand, the combination of story and gameplay is arguably the best to ever exist in video games. 10/10 for sure.

I know they’ve improved it somewhat and they haven’t resorted to EA level tactics to juice everyone out of their money so there’s that. But as someone else said, I’d pay for more single player content. I just realized I never got the achievement for the stuffed squirrel so I’m gonna start a new story playthrough tonight. I wish the horse spawn glitches still worked so I could get the good horses as Arthur.

For instance, while hunting a grizzly, cougar or a panther it is wise to take a bath if you don't have cover scent lotion! Or you can stealth all the way up to animals (crouch walking) when you are down wind, or first threaten a snake so it curls up in defense and then take a clean shot with you bow without using your red eye. Or as they said, play dead when encountering a grizzly. The less you tell us, the more we can find out!
The whole point of the “200lbs Catfish” was R* making a pun that Jeremy Gills was a 200lbs catfish (someone who doesn’t tell the truth) because he promised you wealth and fame when in reality the most you get from the end of that storyline was like a single gold nugget from his horse.
The vibe of these game is undeniable, its one of the greatest pieces of fiction i’ve ever consumed. Cried like a baby when we lost Arthur, & back in the day, when we lost John. ❤️
This game is truly the best Game of all time imo, I like the love for the details of Rockstar and it's so crazy that people still discover things even after YEARS ! Who knows what else is hiding in the world of RDR what we don't know yet ? Tree could’ve been cut with a springboard too. Old time lumberjacks would often cut a small notch, insert springboard, then stand on it at higher elevation to make the full felling cut. Makes large tree diameter a bit smaller if you get ~6 feet up.
Wouldn’t the legendary catfish be convincing everyone playing that a legendary catfish exists? Catfishing players to have them trying to find a catfish is brilliant.. legendary one could say. It is rockstar, that would make the most sense to me.
once things are found it also encourages the players to go offroad and actually discover and find things. if every game is just "go to location A using road Z to pick up quest 4" games are repetitive and boring as hell. sadly the majority of the games is just that...Rockstar not only made me to venture to certain areas to experience something in game instead of just over youtube, but they also made me research things and look at those videos. For instance.. i never heard about Roanoke. Didnt know what it was. Not just getting the game experience but actually looking at the reference they put in the game is awesome =)
Cyberpunk made me appreciate RDR 2 a lot more we take these rockstar level of details and interactivity for granted ,Rockstar are simply the undisputed kings of open world games.
RDR2 and The Witcher 3 are easily the best single player games of our time ,the number of details devs put into this games, the story the world is unmatched and just shows how much love the devs put into this games , i mean is 2022 and people still discover new things is insane and i love it

Basically one of my first experiences in rdr was when Arthur catches Kieran, I saw the fire on the way in, went "huh. What if i put him in a little fire. As a treat. Just to see what happens" and watched him light up, me being in shock as if I hadn't been the one who just did that. Fire happened.
As a Montana native, I am a bit disappointed that bison just run away all the time, given the attention to detail of other animals. If this were true, I would never get to laugh at the local news about some tourist getting hospitalized for being an idiot. I guess I just want to see a stampede take out hunting wagons.
I think the free roam winyayy( butchered it probably) but it’s the white free roam legendary bison. It’s surrounded by three others and they attack you on sight which I thought was amazing and terrifying as I was being chased

Honestly I hope that Rockstar implements a lot of things from RDR2 into GTA6. Things like story chapters, gun storage on your transport (instead on a horse, its your car), dual wielding and gun care, and maybe bring back the food thing again too. I'm all down for that
The Princess.... she is rumored to be a character at the mansion party in St. Denis...she acts as if she's just another guest, but this NPC you have shown is also used in-game during a cutscene in the cemetery after following the pickpocket there...Trippy Commentaries did a video on it (not my favorite, but he puts in the effort). Keep up the good work!!
Also, the logs of the campfire turn into ashes as we know if you sleep too long but you can actually see the logs break into smaller pieces in a pretty realistic animation if you wait long enough OR cook ~100 steaks and accidentally find this pretty cool little detail as I did lol.
I just wanted more single player content dlc. As I'm not big on multiplayer. Don't even see myself playing it again either. Single player is just much better. They could've literally given us both but chose not too.

@@ROJIBLANCO828 there isn’t a ps5 version of rdr2 yet, if you have ps+ you can just transfer your cloud data, that saves automatically, to your ps5. or if you have the ps4 still, just transfer it manually either with a usb drive or you had the option to transfer everything from the initial ps5 setup, i’m not sure if that’s still available tho lol
Best one I saw was while I was in the mountains in the beginning of the game and was just exploring through the snow and saw a bald eagle swoop down and take a fish out of the river and fly off. So much detail in video game
I once saw a hawk pick up a snake near emerald ranch. I shot the hawk and when they fell from the sky the snake died too and I picked it up. It was a three-star snake. Perfect!
It was a big mystery at first until U/bluevelvetfrank figured it out. Many of the pictures correspond with the beta map. Theres still a mystery there though. Besides the dates that show up, there are some pictures that have random numbers on them

The main characters are annoying and poorly written, the driving is laughably bad, the max speed is gimped, there's nothing to find or explore. The game is a bad joke and ruined further by online and shark cards.
@@sirmustardofhousemayonnais9907 it did do things worse than the previous ones but its not necessarily a bad game, the world and story had a lot to be reflected on like most rockstar games, the game is beautiful, had a lot of cool details and mechanics, heists were great, i actually felt the driving and shooting to be satisfying all things considered, online mode is one of the best i've ever played, even if its being ruined by DLC and players nowadays, and its still a very solid game in all aspects compared to everything launching years later
its so awesome how much work and effort Rockstar has put in RDR2. seriously... if you pirated the game then go and buy it already to support them making more games like this. Developers that take this much effort really should be supported.

The thought of massive sea creatures freak me out and even on the cayo heist when I had messy bugged out and stuck near the landing strip still scares the shit out of me.

Rdr 2 is awesome. I would like to give a shot out to my 6 year old son who figured out you can hog tie people then feed them to the Alligators or throw them in the water to drown them. I had been playing this game for 6 months and had no idea you could do that lol. He figured this out only after a few days of playing. guess I need to keep a eye on my boy as he grows up. Haha
I decided to finally play this game and wow it is so fucking good. I’m on part 2 of the epilogue and I’m close to finishing it and it’s easily a top 5 game of all time for me already
Make sure to travel and explore the whole map once every chapter some side quest only appear in certain chapters or even at certain points after a mission and you have to ride near them again for it to appear on your map
I’m baffled that the country I grew up in is mentioned in RDR2. The tiny Grand Duchy of Luxembourg 🇱🇺 :’) Funny how you pronounced it “Luxemboorg” lol. The suitcase @ 2:55 actually has the Luxembourgish crest with 3 lions on it. The 2 golden lions can be found on another building in the game and 1 red lion in some sheriffs office I believe.

I was in a gunfight with Sadie once and I accidentally picked up someone else’s hat and Sadie said “stop taking dead folks hats!”
I had that too and I assumed it was a bug given how Dutch changes his entire composure mid fight to say that in a sorta funny goofy way

The bear tip isn't just staring it down, you have to hold still as well. If you continue moving around even while staring at it there is a chance it will attack you, if you don't move at all. The bear will always leave you alone.

Micah almost never sleeps when he's at camp and at one point in Chapter 3 there's an interaction where Javier is drinking, joking and talking with Micah. After Micah says "I'm drunker than a Lord." Javier says "Me too." and walks away. After Javier walks away, Micah lays his head down on the poker table like he's sleeping, only thing is, his eyes never shut. It's weird.
You know why he doesn't really sleep, right (aside from the daytime naps he takes with his feet on the table in Beaver Hollow and in the hammock after returning from Guarma)? Look up the old logo for the Pinkerton Detective Agency. It has a little slogan and is one of those little clues as to the way things will eventually go. ;)

I just started playing this game two weeks ago and it is all I play! I can’t believe I denied myself this beautifully crafted game! Rockstar is amazing with the immersion and detail like no other developer out there. I find myself stopping my horse and admiring the view so many times. Currently I’m attempting to shoot a dragonfly with an arrow but still unsuccessful lol
I played it for a year straight. This game is so immersive its unbelievable. I dont game online at all, this is all story mode time. Lol. Literally played it today looking for glitches
I can't say anything about the Dragon Flies. But the other day, while I was looking thru a scope, one of the Fire Fly's passed by right in front of it. It has the full detail in its body and was kinda blinding on the eyes for a second. It was one of those holy crap moments that leave you smiling. I have had a number of those.

This game is a masterpiece, my favourite of the PS4 era. The online is heavily criticised, but I still come back to it every once in a while to have some fun
For me, RDR2 is at the top of the mountain along with The Witcher 3 and GTA V.
The online doesn't exist to me. When someone mentions rdr2 i only register the story.

@@shalindelta7 Fallout 4 for me is an amazing experience; very immersive and even more with Survival difficulty which changes the game completely. However, I think it is a retrograde game -a lot of people were disappointed because it was just more of the same and not a big change technically like The Witcher 2 & 3 by example- old engine, not polished and long loading screens which was unacceptable for 2015.
Still a great game though but I wouldn’t put it at the top.

She’s in the game technically speaking, there’s just no way to spawn her normally without console commands, but the model is there, you can find it in the game archives, but I think that if they add her it will be related with the Van Horn trader somehow as all leads seem to go there

If I've learnt anything from playing rdr 2 a second time is that the game rewards you for taking your time and exploring the game plus this video proves that rockstar should make single player dlc for the game.

One of two things desperately needs to happen: 1: They give us undead nightmare for rdr2 or they remaster rdr1. GTA 5 is great but it's so old, I love the work they've done and I don't want to sound like I don't appreciate the time that goes into these games, but gta online gets far too much attention and rdr is treated like the red headed step child. The community for rdr is loyal and I think deserves at least undead nightmare.

I was stuck by lightening just outside of Rhodes near that red barn building. I jumped out of my skin when it happened because it’s loud af through the headphones.
I had a very near miss irl with lightning once, and it is LOUD AF irl, too. Is it weird that I want to go hang out near that red barn until I get Arthur struck by lightning so I can get my own version of 100%? XD

Man I wish Rockstar could've made a DLC for RDR2. I just love all the creepy, spooky, weird things you can find in the game. Just imagine if they made another spooky DLC like Undead Nightmare but instead of zombies it would be all the eerie stuff you find in the world like the vampire, manbearpig, the witches cauldron, the princess, the crashed meteor, the ghost train, the night folk, the wolf man, the alien ship, etc. Would be cool to interact more with these creatures, people, things etc. Doing missions like to help them out, kill them, or investigate.

I'd say online is 5/10, I've had fun with it but it feels kinda pointless and dragged out more often than not. On the other hand, the combination of story and gameplay is arguably the best to ever exist in video games. 10/10 for sure.

I know they’ve improved it somewhat and they haven’t resorted to EA level tactics to juice everyone out of their money so there’s that. But as someone else said, I’d pay for more single player content. I just realized I never got the achievement for the stuffed squirrel so I’m gonna start a new story playthrough tonight. I wish the horse spawn glitches still worked so I could get the good horses as Arthur.

Strange Man on RUclips is the greatest RDR2 secret detective! They literally find anything and everything and have so many details we just walk right over.
8:56 I didn’t even know there was a fast travel map. I completed the entire story mode using my horse to travel and the occasional train ride.
lmfao that's rough as fuck. They don't do a good job of informing you about it though. It's a camp upgrade you have to buy, then you can fast travel anywhere in the world by setting up a wilderness campsite.

For instance, while hunting a grizzly, cougar or a panther it is wise to take a bath if you don't have cover scent lotion! Or you can stealth all the way up to animals (crouch walking) when you are down wind, or first threaten a snake so it curls up in defense and then take a clean shot with you bow without using your red eye. Or as they said, play dead when encountering a grizzly.

Tree could’ve been cut with a springboard too. Old time lumberjacks would often cut a small notch, insert springboard, then stand on it at higher elevation to make the full felling cut. Makes large tree diameter a bit smaller if you get ~6 feet up.

Exactly what I was thinking. Felt a little to far fetched to be a giant or something, especially when there's plenty of lumberjacks around in the game
The tree is cut at an angle so it wouldn't be done by a normal lumberjack and the cuts on the tree look like axe marks but larger
But there isn't a springboard notch in the tree and you, likely, wouldn't cut at that angle. Props for the lumberjack knowledge though.

I think the Tree is my favorite, the incredible effort Rockstar puts into detail and the lengths players go to discover it all is unmatched.
once things are found it also encourages the players to go offroad and actually discover and find things. if every game is just "go to location A using road Z to pick up quest 4" games are repetitive and boring as hell. sadly the majority of the games is just that...Rockstar not only made me to venture to certain areas to experience something in game instead of just over youtube, but they also made me research things and look at those videos. For instance.. i never heard about Roanoke. Didnt know what it was. Not just getting the game experience but actually looking at the reference they put in the game is awesome =)

What sealed this game as a legend in my eyes was when I dropped a man in front of an alligator as a joke and the alligator bit and killed him.
You can hide bodies by dropping them in pig pits, too. The attention to detail is mind blowing.
Basically one of my first experiences in rdr was when Arthur catches Kieran, I saw the fire on the way in, went "huh. What if i put him in a little fire. As a treat. Just to see what happens" and watched him light up, me being in shock as if I hadn't been the one who just did that. Fire happened.
I'm playing the story for a third time and I'm STILL finding new things. This game is amazing. And i played them thoroughly the other two times.
that's why we love Rockstar, they make secrets and easter eggs and unsolved shit really interesting.

I think the free roam winyayy( butchered it probably) but it’s the white free roam legendary bison. It’s surrounded by three others and they attack you on sight which I thought was amazing and terrifying as I was being chased

if you go into the cave where the demon appears and look at the map, you'll notice that it is out of bounds on the map. Continue inside this cave and drink until the character passes out, when he wakes up you will be on the "outside" of the map and will be able to explore the entire region.

Honestly I hope that Rockstar implements a lot of things from RDR2 into GTA6. Things like story chapters, gun storage on your transport (instead on a horse, its your car), dual wielding and gun care, and maybe bring back the food thing again too. I'm all down for that

And the gore and euphoria physics
A trunk full of guns sounds like a good mechanic
Plus it puts more emphasis on the importance of automobiles in grand theft AUTO

The Princess.... she is rumored to be a character at the mansion party in St. Denis...she acts as if she's just another guest, but this NPC you have shown is also used in-game during a cutscene in the cemetery after following the pickpocket there...Trippy Commentaries did a video on it (not my favorite, but he puts in the effort). Keep up the good work!!
Also, the logs of the campfire turn into ashes as we know if you sleep too long but you can actually see the logs break into smaller pieces in a pretty realistic animation if you wait long enough OR cook ~100 steaks and accidentally find this pretty cool little detail as I did lol.

I just wanted more single player content dlc. As I'm not big on multiplayer. Don't even see myself playing it again either. Single player is just much better. They could've literally given us both but chose not too.

@@ROJIBLANCO828 there isn’t a ps5 version of rdr2 yet, if you have ps+ you can just transfer your cloud data, that saves automatically, to your ps5. or if you have the ps4 still, just transfer it manually either with a usb drive or you had the option to transfer everything from the initial ps5 setup, i’m not sure if that’s still available tho lol
Best one I saw was while I was in the mountains in the beginning of the game and was just exploring through the snow and saw a bald eagle swoop down and take a fish out of the river and fly off. So much detail in video game
I once saw a hawk pick up a snake near emerald ranch. I shot the hawk and when they fell from the sky the snake died too and I picked it up. It was a three-star snake. Perfect!
The loading screen one is just where each picture was taken and it’s coordinates, nothing to special but still cool.
It was a big mystery at first until U/bluevelvetfrank figured it out. Many of the pictures correspond with the beta map. Theres still a mystery there though. Besides the dates that show up, there are some pictures that have random numbers on them

@@-_caioworld_-re969 it's inferior to gta 4 in almost every way. The world is small, you can't enter anything. The shooting is terrible, the story is boring and lackluster. The main characters are annoying and poorly written, the driving is laughably bad, the max speed is gimped, there's nothing to find or explore. The game is a bad joke and ruined further by online and shark cards.
@@sirmustardofhousemayonnais9907 it did do things worse than the previous ones but its not necessarily a bad game, the world and story had a lot to be reflected on like most rockstar games, the game is beautiful, had a lot of cool details and mechanics, heists were great, i actually felt the driving and shooting to be satisfying all things considered, online mode is one of the best i've ever played, even if its being ruined by DLC and players nowadays, and its still a very solid game in all aspects compared to everything launching years later
On my fifth play through, I got all the satchels in the second chapter.

To be honest, R* are sitting on a goldmine with RDR, it's blueprint could be used for almost anything historical or fantasy.
Discovering that most of that stuff wasn't included in the game really saddens me. The game is incredible by itself, but if that was in it that would have been fucking amazing
On my 5th playthrough of the story and I’m still finding new stuff every time I play. Wish I could say the same for RDO.
The thought of massive sea creatures freak me out and even on the cayo heist when I had messy bugged out and stuck near the landing strip still scares the shit out of me.
I literally never give a thumbs down because I don’t care enough but the fact that you had MrBossFTW as a source and also the fact that I discovered the majority of these years ago, the outhouse one especially, means this video deserves one

Rdr 2 is awesome. I would like to give a shot out to my 6 year old son who figured out you can hog tie people then feed them to the Alligators or throw them in the water to drown them. I had been playing this game for 6 months and had no idea you could do that lol. He figured this out only after a few days of playing. guess I need to keep a eye on my boy as he grows up. Haha
I decided to finally play this game and wow it is so fucking good. I’m on part 2 of the epilogue and I’m close to finishing it and it’s easily a top 5 game of all time for me already

Make sure to travel and explore the whole map once every chapter some side quest only appear in certain chapters or even at certain points after a mission and you have to ride near them again for it to appear on your map

I’m baffled that the country I grew up in is mentioned in RDR2. The tiny Grand Duchy of Luxembourg 🇱🇺 :’) Funny how you pronounced it “Luxemboorg” lol.
The suitcase @ 2:55 actually has the Luxembourgish crest with 3 lions on it. The 2 golden lions can be found on another building in the game and 1 red lion in some sheriffs office I believe.
