    Great exercises! Can you tell how much weight she's using on the kettlebell and dumbbells?

      Kettlebell depending on the amount of reps typically between 16-24 kgs. Dumbbells around 12.5 kgs.

    Today it finally clicked.
    What if spot fat burning is real but not actually how we see it.
    For example when we do squats, we're burning fat everywhere but causing muscle damage specifically to the thighs.
    Get my analogy?

    What about if you can’t do squats with weights? Because of I don’t want large legs . ?! Tnx🌷

      First thing you can do is focus more on hip hinge movements, that target mainly glutes and to a certain extend hamstrings. If you eat for toning or maintenance and not for bulk (still keeping your protein intake high but eating with a slight caloric deficit) you generally burn more fat than you put on muscle, which results in streamlined and toned legs, which allows you to incorporate squats to a certain degree, too.
