I used your video from a year ago about 3weeks ago and it is very very helpful. I was born with this, my brother has that split as well.This was very helpful, regarding the bloating. I did have a kid 27 years ago. But the last 3 years after stopping with BB competing 6years ago,I got lazy😫and my low back is paying for it. Since doing your exercises my squats have gotten better and I am back to being more aware. Glad you did a follow up video👍🏾🏋🏾♀️👊🏽

Your videos have been the best explanation of Diastasis I have found. I have this condition since my pregnancy almost 7 years ago. I have been doing all the wrong exercises throughout such as regular crunches and it has gotten worse. Could your app and exercises still help me fix it? Also, do you have a program with live/personal support for this?

How do you know whether you have diastasis recti i cant really tell? As i have always had quite a podgy belly even before i had a child i had my child almost 5 years now and only one child i have

Regarding SI joint: By stabilizing the hip region your SI joint will receive less stress and will stop acting up. A combination of making your core stronger to regain that neutral spine and training up the glutes, mainly through abduction exercises, will make you bullet proof. How to stop the doming forever
I've changed my diet and excercise / run lots... I still look pregnant and hate the way I look.. I have D. R. but noone seems to help me... Its so painful
