Probably the most important exercises for most people. I'd also consider the YTW. In addition the the T, which you show, the Y strengthens the lower traps, and W the rotator cuffs.

Are there any at-home exercises that can be done to work those muscles other than the weighted row? I only have dumbells and I've been doing everything you recommended against, such as the chest press and fly.

Yeah hi this is sal man is a sergeant we already do this stuff it's nothing new don't get too excited. There's so many gurus on RUclips and most of them don't even look like they workout. Remember you're just beginning do you think we've covered everything already I hope not. This guy's fresh out of kinesiology college. We already do some of the stuff he was showing like reverse pec deck one arm rows. He doesn't impress me very much. No one does. Everything takes time as you lose body fat everything's going to look smaller even your Hooters haha. You're just a beginner still in bootcamp I can't show you my 60 years of knowledge in just a month you're looking fantastic you're losing weight your body is changing you getting smaller you're right on the road to success.
