On July 7, 2023, police responded to a hotel after receiving a report of an individual with a firearm in La Crosse, WI. The caller stated that her husband had confronted a man about loud music, and in response, the man allegedly pointed a gun at him and made threats. Upon arrival, officers found the suspect, who refused to cooperate. Concerned for the victim's safety and the suspect's intentions while armed, police took necessary action.

There was a guy here in Baltimore that was actually recently killed for confronting another guy about his music. The best thing to do is always walk away from things like this if you dont agree with it. We live in an extremely diversified society nowadays here in America unfortunately where folks have different viewpoints on life. Sometimes you can’t interrupt the things that other people find enjoyable. You may not agree with what another person is doing but that’s never going to matter so the best thing to do is always re position yourself somewhere else to avoid it for your safety. I have Hispanic neighbors that blast their circus music all hours of the night while I’m trying to sleep. You know what I do? I do not ever confront them. I can get their music shut off by simply calling the police. Works every time for me!!

At least he was calm and not screaming like a baby.
First time in a while honestly!
Well done, officers! Thank you so much for all you do. God bless you and keep you safe.
"He was subsequently released on a $500 signature bond". He's free! Thank you, Lord.
Meanwhile, that Zumiez employee in Florida that got caught selling mushrooms to a 17 year old had to bond out at $100k. Not condoning selling psychedelics to minors, but I'd trust that dude over this drunk any day.
La Crosse is like Gotham City
Gotham City but for some reason the Mad Hatter is the Mayor.
Oh please…
La Crosse wishes it was anything like Gotham City.
"I'm not that drunk man"...yeah, 3 times the legal limit isn't that drunk
But he wasn't driving so who cares
@@ibrake4rappers doesn't matter. It's still public intoxication. And he was being violent towards other people and pulling a gun on an innocent victim.
3 times the legal minute?!?!
Yeah I think addiction needs to be the first thing taught to kids when they're in school
@@thagerdorn2009 survey says no other witnesses saw him pull the gun, $500 signature bond tells that imo.
They wouldn't know what to do with themselves if they weren't acting like banshees!

Also, that has to be one the nicest mugshots ever...
Reminds me of my kids when they were little, and having to explain that just because the sky is light, doesn't mean in mid-July that it is time to get up.
“Refused and jacked the sh*t out of his music”. Love the choice of words😂
Emulating ghettospeak. It isn't cute at all.

But some are going through worse than others

These judges that set these ridiculous low bonds need to be voted out. 500 bond for a second degree felony. If this guy gets out and hurts somebody that judge needs to be held accountable.
That's not even 500 bond, signature bond means no money.
It's ok, he won't pull the trigger the next time
Well, in this case I'm more inclined that it was the right decision from the judge. The reason is, that he has a job, he wasn't belligerent with police. The question is, how much does it cost society to provide some care for the alcoholism versus paying for prison, and how likely is it that he re-offends.
Normally I'd agree with you, but this one... Is different.
@prunabluepepper I agree with what your saying, but at the same time he pointed a firearm at someone and said he was going to kill them. If he doesn't re offend I'll be shocked. The guy clearly has issues and probably needs mental health treatment.
Next time, maybe the judge should share a cell with him for awhile.
His mindset flipped like a switch when they cuffed him 😂😂
its that well might as well not get no more charges 😊
@@itruleyloveyouonyt123 nice when the brain finally kicks in 😂
Reminder- Just because you are "going through something" does not mean you have the right to put others through something wrong.
The judge in this area needs to be removed. There needs to be some accountability.
Hear "la crosse", immediatly go check for comments... here we go again
Diversity is our strength 💪
Its always La Crosse
was a nice town back in the day.
but like everywhere, liberals have ruined it.
LaCrosse does seem to be on RUclips a lot. 🤔
You can request La Crosse County dash footage without any connection to the case. Basically, this channel (located in La Crosse) finds interesting court filings and then requests the body cam footage. I'm sure if you look in your own local police reports, you will find similarly crazy situations.
Hey, at least the dude was cooperative afterwards! That's nice to see for a change!
It's because he was still competent 🙃
Headphones could have avoided all of this.
Ppl don’t think to do that.
Best editing of any of the body can genre. Lovely flash edits of dog trainers “good boy “this guys crazy laugh“hee hee”. Keep them coming!!
6:06 I love the little “bloop” sounds when they are removing probes 😂
That got me 😂😂😂
Suprised he was actually calm and complied with officers.
Refreshing, really
His "compliance" was 50,000 volts.
Yeah AFTER they used their tasers and shocked it into him.
Similar to most people who just got hiy by lightning.
His pet white woman chilled him out.
Very respectful man
“Still blasting Halsey, out of everything” 😂💀 while he just threatened to shoot someone 🙄😂🤣
When you blast your music, yell or raise the volume of your TV to the point the speakers are shakin' you are assaulting the people around you and should not be surprised when they complain. If you want to chill, DO IT QUIETLY!!!!!!! You're not allowed to be obnoxious because you're going through stuff. FAFO.
Assaulting people with noise 🤣🤣
I mean thus could've been a simple noise complaint. Maybe he should invest in a pair of headphones
FAFO? What are we going to find out, that you think words are violence as well as loud music being assault?
@@zackdines Loud music can cause permanent injury and hearing loss. So does that mean if you are playing music at 120+ decibels which is deemed to be a danger of "immediate" injury, that under the self-defence rules that apply in some jurisdictions you could use lethal force to defend yourself? Or does that mean that music above 120 decibels constitutes battery?
Words would only count as violence if they were shouted at over 120 decibels, if you can shout that loud at me then I would definitely consider it violence.
Law-abiding people: I'm going through a lot. *puts headphones in and listens to music.
Criminals: I'm going through a lot. *blasts music loud and pulls out a gun.
That's so true
Bruh he jus goin through some shi, have some decency he didn’t admit to pointing a gun at the white boy it’s his word against white boys word, the charge will get dropped 100%.
Drives me insane how cops charge people with anything that remotely sounds like it could apply and leave it up to prosecutors to prove it.
