What I like about this channel is that Joey will sometimes dispel the doubts you may have about a particular piece of advice. The part of the recording is definitely true, I started journaling 3 years ago and it completely changed my life. To be able to see your thoughts in the paper and understand what you felt when you wrote always remind you of who you are and what truly matters for you, it is one of the best things I did in my life if not the best.
One of the biggest changes I have made in my life, is not using self attack for improvement. Self love allows you to be more consistent and sustainable 🥰
Agreed bashing yourself only creates more problem.
But what does that actually mean? Can you give me some examples on what you changed?
@@mynameisjeff9124 just don't blame yourself too much for your current bad situation. Always try to have a positive outlook and try to identify your problems first. Then try to find solutions for them instead of thinking what I have done wrong in the past and regret too much. Because no body is perfect my friend.
Force yourself in doing focused work.
Spot on! This is such an important shift to make :)
@@mynameisjeff9124 I have to go to the gym and starve myself cause I'm fat / ate too much today -> I want to improve my physique so I'm going to the gym and it's fine if I ate too much, let's get back on track
You are my go to channel when I feel sad, down, or useless in life. Love it!
*Joey it’s late. Go to bed 😂*
Holy shit your videos are so high quality and exciting for the user. Great scripting, meaningful words, perfect execution. Funny/good acting, SUPER relatable clips and situations. Very good practical points and advice. Fitting music and super professional editing.

As soon as I opened RUclips to watch some dumb videos you reminded me what I really should do
I like your channel. It’s like the one I’m thinking about making. I’m glad I found you.
*“You’ll watch an entire Netflix series even when the first episodes are slow just because someone told you that ‘it gets better’, but what if you looked at your goals like that and watched your life get better instead?”*

Thank you and I love you . U deserve a like
3 rules for life: an antidote to ruining your life by Joey B Schweitzer
00:56-01:00 is GOLDEN, wow only 4 seconds but that scene is so deep, overthinking when in reality its so easy...
I practiced guitar for a 2,5 years every day for 5 hours+. Observe my progress!
It takes 10,000 hrs to master something
Wow, That’s wonderful !

Bro your videos are insanely good. Keep this shit up. 🔥
There's nothing worse than when you're enjoying your favorite switch game and the loading screen turns black and for a moment you see your reflection in the glass.
I feel that the 2:18 is so relatable, it literally explain me rn. Notif for others to don't stop doing the good things to live a good life
I’m going to get “don’t stop doing the things that got you out of a bad situation” tattooed on my left forearm and “when we overcome resistance we absorb it’s power” tattooed on my right forearm
You and Captain Sinbad the best introspective videos. You both have helped me tremendously.
To the first point, I'd recommend anyone reading this comment to check out The Strenuous Life, which is a book made up of a compilation of Theodore Roosevelt's speeches and essays. It's titled after one of his best where he goes into this point of not taking the easiest way, but decidedly choosing the difficult to grow.
My experience shows me time and time again that thoughts follow my physical and emotional state. I've never been able to think myself out of a bad day.
Hey baldie
I dislike the fact am watching this at 3 43am and am 2nd

"Don't stop doing the things that got you out of a bad situation" gets me through every day. Got my life back on track after getting sloppy. Great video
I would add one more - healthy food. Things we eat have huge impact on our mind. So eating “dead” food (this also includes meat btw) makes you feel like trash. Just try not to eat dead food for at least 2-3 month and you’ll see guaranteed results.
for rule #2, i think we should change our mind from escaping negative situations to archiving a really nice goal in our life, this idea do help me a lot

I love the simplicity, clarity and basic common sense tips and suggestions here. You’re really helping me with practical, doable advice and reminders. Thank you!!!
I absolutely loved this video. Thank you.
❤️
I love it, Better Ideas! No Caps Lock title, no intro for video, you just focus the attention of your loyal audience, concluding some of your thoughts before. A great reminder with style👏🏻
Thank you!
This is honestly the best video I've seen from you, cheers bro
Underrated channel; real, funny, sarcastic and doesn't put it's profits at its forefront 👌
The production value of this video is so dang good. I can tell you spent a ludicrous amount of time on it. Thanks for making the world a better place.
honestly all of his videos are pure art
Loved how straightforward this video was. Thank you!
I found your channel recently, at an extremely pivotal and determining personal development phase of my life where all your videos strongly resonate with me.
You have been inspiring me to actually follow through with the changes I keep wanting to make in myself, but have been continuously postponing with actually implementing them.
Thank you for the energy and mindset/life transforming information that you have been putting out to the world.
Much respect and admiration. Cheers from Portugal!
I like this channel because I genuinely belive this guy is doing his best to help improve thier lives. No 3 week course, no series of books to buy. Just his thought out and beautifully well presented ideas revolving around the video title.
neat visualization of overcoming resistance
Nice job brother ...Respect from algeria
This will help me improve my life so much, a huge thanks for it, nowadays I've been living a depressive period, it's killing me inside and this kind of content really helps me, even that most of my parents don't give a sh*t to me and just disturb my routine, I try my best to make it worth it, I am trying to organize myself and try new things, it would heal my depression and help my routine
I'm really amazed, i'm scripting a video very similar to this one, you touched all the right points and you did an amazing work with the b-roll. I love this video
I love this channel so much! You make me feel empowered already and push me forwards when I want to go or am going down the slippery slope.
thank you for making this. most of us are going thru these things and it really helps to see others finding their own way out!
Your channel actually improved my life, keep up the amazing work!
Thankyou, you have been one of the influential figures who have helped me change my life.
I have been binge watching your videos and I absolutely love them! I'm currently in high school and I feel like I'm not accomplishing enough. Classes will start in a few days and I figured that watching videos like these will help me make my life a bit better. So thank you again!
Love that you're jumping right into the video, keeps the attention
What I like about this channel is that Joey will sometimes dispel the doubts you may have about a particular piece of advice. From my experience, sticking to certain habits is tough, since your brain will naturally come up with reasonable counterpoints to the habit, and without anyone to answer your counterpoints, you will slowly lose that steam you had back when you still kept up said habit.
