    Just bought it yesterday. Would have loved if this video would have been uploaded a bit earlier. One issue I think will be is the rear water/dirt that is going to be splashed because there is no tier hugger and the tail is small.
    Tank is fine. Everything is fine. Power is great compared to the segments.

    • @TheLazyWandererMys
      @TheLazyWandererMys Месяц назад +8

      Firstly, Congratulations on your new ride. Since you have already bought it and this issue is on all Guerrillas, there should be an aftermarket tyres hugger available soon. If RE doesn't make one, some company will. There could also be a possibility to retrofit an aftermarket one with some modifications. If the splash becomes bothersome, especially in the rain, I think you can consider getting one.

    • @littleviceroy5835

      same from Hunter 350s non-existent disgusting mud-splash protection. I think twice about taking my bike out without wearing a waterproof trouser, if the road is not dry. Especially when RE is marketing these machines as daily commuters. And why should I pay extra for a tire hugger, as I already paid for the entire bike? How much would the cost have increased for RE? Mudguard and Mirror are always two departments where RE consistently underdelivers. Shame

    • @killingmachinelp
      @killingmachinelp Месяц назад +2

      Doesn't matter if you can install aftermarket tyre hugger or not. This should come under usability QA. Which it fails. RE can easily accommodate a tyre hugger but it won't care because it will sell like crazy. Also, fanboyzzzz will come at you with pitchforks if you point it out 🤣

    Hello guys! Amazing review. Just booked RE GRR450. I was having second thoughts on buying Guerrilla 450 because wherever I scroll about the reviews, people just demean the bike. I did a test ride or Triumph Speed/Scrambler as well. Ofcourse it has a slightly better edge than RE but I found GRR450 better. Every motorcycle has its pros and cons but you have nicely put up in the video. Thanks again! Best wishes.
    Big fan of your videos, CK n Bosky

    Watching your videos helped me decide to buy a Harley X440 mid variant (got 15k discount on offer). I test drove back to back the Maverick 440 and Harley X440, although the same architecture - I found Harley has more character in terms of how I felt while driving it - it sounds better, the riding position is commanding (maybe bcoz of higher size front wheel and flat handle), feels more expensive and well built and I was very clear it is the x440. Also test rode Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450 back to back. The test ride bike of the Himalayan was a bit old and the engine was noisy. Guerrilla was brand new, felt better built and the engine was relatively smooth compared to the Himalayan. Overall it didn't connect with the nature of the engine, it was fast but not characterful and. Low end pick up was not smooth. I even tried KTM 390 Adv, there as well I didn't like the engine character to my liking.
    Overall I loved Harley as some bike which is complete, well engineered and built for purpose from scratch and not just permutation/combination of same platform for different bikes.
    1. Engine Character (low end and smooth) and Sound
    2. Sitting position and Handle
    3. Ride and Handling balance
    4. Premium bike feel (paint finish)
    5. Good Headlights and premium feel of buttons and parts.
    6. Cheap maintenance due to Hero Service (also own XPulse 200 4v Pro)
    I always felt happier after the test ride of x440 and convinced. Discount just fastened by decision making and purchased it. Waiting for the special number 0440 😊 from the RTO.
    Thanks Bosky and CK for your interesting and heartfelt perspectives.

      1. Xpulse 200 4v Pro for trail or adventure riding
      2. HD X440 for commute and highway rides
      I am planning to add a 3rd one something like RS457 (not in near future) to have that complete range of riding experience and purpose.
      I will just keep on replacing one with a better and bigger one with experience for lifelong keeping 3 at a time.

      Totally agree Harley x440 is an amazing machine... Had test rode it a few months back and loved it but was holding off coz every person in the circle kept telling me "it's not real Harley" "it's a cheap Harley" it's not a good bike, it's a hero product, it doesn't have value ! Don't know on what basis they perceive a product !! but now with the new colours I think I am convinced I just need to test ride the Grr450 before making the final decision!!! 👍

    Exactly it is not for Indian mami's 😀.
    Like the suspension to be always on bit stiffer side for better handling.
    Would like to see a better finished new design chunkier swingarm. Higher seat height would provide a more aesthetic look. Would always prefer a telesscopic fork with more chunkier diameter. As it is Showa it will be of good quality.
    Hope Royal Enfield produce a high power version of this bike with around 55 - 60 bhp and around 43 - 45 nm of torque with the same 11.5 : 1 compression ratio.
    I am willing to shell out another 1 lakh rupees for the high performance version provided the engine and drivetrain is durable and very long lasting.

    Thanks to Bosky and CK for your reviews. Been three weeks since I got my x440 vivid variant during the sale.
    Loved riding every km on it. The feel and character the bike carries is just too good. After looking at your reviews i threw away all those sayings that people shit on the internet that it's a fake harley , hero davidson 😂 and stuff and that was the best thing that happened.
    Took a test ride along with the mavrick and just fell in love with the bike's character. Went in the hope of trying a good bike and that did so.
    My lil take after owning it:
    Excellent thump and low end torque. Barely heats up if ridden at a decent speed. Will feel the heat if stuck in heavy traffic. Good weight balance and better horn and cable management on my bike than the test ride piece. Will be a good choice for a relaxed rider. Cheers ✌🏻

    The tank volume in my opinion is a real-concern although may not be deal breaker. Most of us Indians are single-garage, single-machine owners. Not every body has either space or money to buy two bikes for two purposes. Considering people here are mad about going Ladakh, Arunachal, Sikkim and what not on what ever they have, with its average 29km on long-ride, it'll be a concern. Just 2 extra litters would have changed everything. Yes obviously it won't be a matter if sb is doing inter-city or inter-state due to availability of wide range of fuel stations in our country. And carrying some fuel on extra bottle can also be managed.
