I started this workout 4 weeks ago, doing it everyday, alongside eating healthy etc. I’ve gone from size 38 bra down to size 34 and lost 2 inches from around the tops of my arms & lost a lot of back fat, not to mention a noticeable difference around my neck, shoulders!! Highly recommend this workout but I agree the music is annoying in the video lol so I mute it and workout to my own music!! Thank you @MIZILEE

For arm exercise - this is the only video that I didn't skip and I was amazed to myself that I was able to finish the 21min video. Will be doing this till I reach my weight goal. I want to make sure that my arm skin will not be saggy once I lose weight. So I really am very happy to find this video and it suits me. My current arm size is 13.5-14cm. Guys let me tell u , i am 20 yrs old , had slouched back since my childhood .., the reason i was working out was to loose my arm fat but not kidding even my back got straight, just a week guys , 20 min in the morning before u fresh , thats it .....please please dont give up , only after i started seeing changes i realized that it is worth it , so best of luck to u all
Thank you for the encouragement. I got on RUclips becuase I'm working out & wanted to switch to new tricep (with dumbbells) exercises. Even though this is a no weight exercise video I believe by incorporating this with my weight training workout it will really help me.!
@@mylesbellott5676if you're flapping your arms you aren't doing it right. You still need control in the movements and should be breathing properly and flexing your abs and everything else while doing it.
Ive been doing this for almost two weeks and I'm loving it! I can see a lot of difference in myself. My posture is getting better and the hump on my back has gone! I feel so much lighter and strong after doing this workout. I always felt sore the next day after a workout but these exercises are a miracle. Thank you mizi! I'm going to maintain this pace till I get my desired result :) Anyone who's reading this, start now you can do it!

One week down and I can tell a big difference in my shoulders already. I’m slowly losing my back fat as well. There’s three exercises I can’t do yet so I’m doing my own modified versions Update: Two weeks in and my back fat is starting to melt away. There’s a noticeable difference in my armpits and bra area. I’ll continued to do this routine daily.
@@MinaGirly-gs4bb my posture does feel better. I think these exercises helped open up my chest a lot and relieve tension that I was carrying in my shoulders. It’s really helped me a lot to do this workout every day

@@SwathiD-ks4hr I guess it will depend on you, if you're not used to workout a lot start by doing it just 1 time a day or maybe 2 or 3 times per week, eventually you will do it as many times as you want. I recommend that if you're not sure, do it 3 times per week along with other workouts.

@@irina0808 умница,я Маша Добрый день эту зарядку делаю три раза в неделю,вот уже четыре масяца,но перед этими упражнениями,сделайте разминку,у меня спина сейчас ровная,я убрала бугры полностью возле шеи,исправила сутулость,хожу ровно,а главное,поверьте обалденное самочувствие,и даже снизился холестерин! Дерзайте,верю у вас всё получится,можете даже её делать и два раза в неделю.БОГ вам в помощь!
I've been following this exercise routine for 4 days, and it's been incredibly effective. My arms are really big despite my petite frame because of inactive lifestyle. I typically spend most of my time in front of my PC and don't enjoy exercising, but this video is fun and easy to follow. On the 4th day, while the changes are subtle, you can see a bit of muscle development. I've also incorporated belly fat exercises and dumbbell routines to complement this workout. I'm doing 16:8 fasting and eating healthier foods. Thanks for sharing this video! You've done an amazing job and are making a real difference in helping others become fitter.
I am doing the exact same as you are. Its been a week for me now but I see results around my belly already. My arms are a hard task because I have extremely big and bulky arms and forearms my entire life. But I am hoping to slim that down as time goes on. I hope you havent given up yet!

@@lifewithsu977 This is not a workout that will have that kind of impact. It's basically stretching - and you can't spot reduce fat. To lose fat, you need to eat less. No amount of exercise can make you lose weight if you don't adjust your eating accordingly.
First time trying an arm and back workout! Week 1: Day 1: ✔ Felt a lil sore in the first two exercises but it, surprisingly, went away by the time i was finished. Feels good! Day 2 (a week after): Just started shark days so this will be the only exercise i'll be doing lmao.

@@emmaanning-bg8xz girl I'm telling you this WORK, I've did it with some others exercise for 6-7 days and with a shity diet and I did lost some backfat, I didn't notice any changes in my arms but I'm so glad my backfat was always the main problem for me when it come to shopping so I'll continue and try to eat healthier and less junk food. Just want to log here in comment section, my improvement of day to day doing this workout routine: First day: I feel so sore. My arms and even hips were sore but bearable. 2nd day: Bit hesitant to do the workout because the soreness is still making me uncomfortable.However, I did and finished it! ✨ 3rd day: I feel really satisfied with this workout routine. I feel like I can reach both of my hands whenever I do this workout unlike the first day. I'll keep an update for tomorrow.
I just wanna say that your exercise is not exhausting at all for a sedentary student like me! I love how you build your exercise while our muscles can relax in some of the exercises! I hurt my knees last month and cannot do cardio and most lower body exercises. But I can do your upper body workouts, so I get my heart rate and I'm toning. I already loved your videos but now they're a life saver for my fitness goals while recovering from my injuries.

I started doing this last July 15 and let me tell you something..it’s amazing and indeed effective . Imma be honest one month it won’t immediately melt all the fats but it makes your arms and back firmer?snatched. I can’t find the right term. But definitely the form looks better. I added light dumbbells also in some parts here so the result was even better. Can’t wait to see the final results in 3mos above.

You can do it girl!!! Just keep the consistency and discipline. Don't do it for no body do it for your self. I recommend doing it infront of a mirror cause seriously you see your self and body and it motivates you to push yourself harder! Works for me.

Mizi, I am so happy that I found your Arms and Back Exercises. They have been working for me. I started seeing the changes on my back after a consistent full week. I no longer have 2 roll back fat, it is now one but I can see it is no longer bigger. I have been doing your exercises for two weeks now. So I know for sure that Back fat and my arms will be good as long as I am consistent. I do need help. I have been exercising for 3 weeks now and my tummy and love handles are being stubborn. I changed my diet too. Can you please advice on what I need to do.
Mostly suffer from upper body fat. No matter how toned my biceps get, my triceps always hang low. This was so refreshing, I felt my arms and back worked out all around. Today is day.1. Going to check in again after 2weeks. Great video, thanks❤️

I just started working out again after having a frozen shoulder and couldn't work out for a year. Especially since it was likely the free weights that did the damage to my shoulder, so I will not be using free weights anymore. This felt great and is exactly what I need to start building back strength in my arms without the free weights!

2 weeks doing it everyday but haven't seen any results yet. my diet is pretty light mainly salads, eggs and a lot of water. Lost half a kilo in 2 weeks but not from my back :(( fat is really stubborn in this area

Ok. Now I am also the one who wants to write about MIZI's magic. I started this workout abotu 10 days ago. I don;t even remember when exactly) When I was younger I got lots of compliments for my body posture. Last several years I could not understand why my shoulders are wide open and straight, but my body isn;t. Yesterday I felt my middle back muscles from the shoulder blades to lower ribs. I felt them and walked perfectly straight. My amazing body posture is back again! Will see in a month what will happen with my fat))

Right now I am doing this workout using 1kg dumbell in each hand. Though due to this my repetitions are less and my movements are slower, it burns 3 times more 🔥🔥🔥. Thanks MIZI ❤

@@emmaanning-bg8xz girl I'm telling you this WORK, I've did it with some others exercise for 6-7 days and with a shity diet and I did lost some backfat, I didn't notice any changes in my arms but I'm so glad my backfat was always the main problem for me when it come to shopping so I'll continue and try to eat healthier and less junk food.
If you want to lose backfat I suggest u this video and anther one from mizi wich is called upper body workout it last 30 minutes and it's very effective+ if you want general weight lose to do a all body workout of ur choice it can be anything just something u can do regularly

Just want to log here in comment section, my improvement of day to day doing this workout routine:
First day: I feel so sore. My arms and even hips were sore but bearable.
2nd day: Bit hesitant to do the workout because the soreness is still making me uncomfortable.However, I did and finished it! ✨
3rd day: I feel really satisfied with this workout routine. I feel like I can reach both of my hands whenever I do this workout unlike the first day.
I'll keep an update for tomorrow.

I just wanna say that your exercise is not exhausting at all for a sedentary student like me! I love how you build your exercise while our muscles can relax in some of the exercises! The other videos i find it exhausting bc they are not versatile.

🍽 Diet: I eat and drink everything except food that contains sugar. I also don't eat white bread. I can drink 1 coffee per day. Pieces of boiled chicken a day -- must have.

I started doing this last July 15 and let me tell you something..it’s amazing and indeed effective . Imma be honest one month it won’t immediately melt all the fats but it makes your arms and back firmer?snatched. I can’t find the right term. But definitely the form looks better. I added light dumbbells also in some parts here so the result was even better. Can’t wait to see the final results in 3mos above.

You can do it girl!!! Just keep the consistency and discipline. Don't do it for no body do it for your self. I recommend doing it infront of a mirror cause seriously you see your self and body and it motivates you to push yourself harder! Works for me.

Mizi, I am so happy that I found your Arms and Back Exercises. They have been working for me. I started seeing the changes on my back after a consistent full week. I no longer have 2 roll back fat, it is now one but I can see it is no longer bigger. I have been doing your exercises for two weeks now. So I know for sure that Back fat and my arms will be good as long as I am consistent.
I do need help. I have been exercising for 3 weeks now and my tummy and love handles are being stubborn. I changed my diet too. Can you please advice on what I need to do.

Mostly suffer from upper body fat. No matter how toned my biceps get, my triceps always hang low. This was so refreshing, I felt my arms and back worked out all around. Today is day.1. Going to check in again after 2weeks.

I just started working out again after having a frozen shoulder and couldn't work out for a year. Especially since it was likely the free weights that did the damage to my shoulder, so I will not be using free weights anymore. This felt great and is exactly what I need to start building back strength in my arms without the free weights!

I was here for pain in upperback and shoulders.. not for fat reduction...but tried this and it instantly gave me relief from severe pain.. now day 2
2 weeks doing it everyday but haven't seen any results yet. my diet is pretty light mainly salads, eggs and a lot of water. Lost half a kilo in 2 weeks but not from my back :(( fat is really stubborn in this area

Ok. Now I am also the one who wants to write about MIZI's magic. I started this workout abotu 10 days ago. I don;t even remember when exactly) When I was younger I got lots of compliments for my body posture. Last several years I could not understand why my shoulders are wide open and straight, but my body isn;t. Yesterday I felt my middle back muscles from the shoulder blades to lower ribs. I felt them and walked perfectly straight. My amazing body posture is back again! Will see in a month what will happen with my fat))

Right now I am doing this workout using 1kg dumbell in each hand. Though due to this my repetitions are less and my movements are slower, it burns 3 times more 🔥🔥🔥. Thanks MIZI ❤
