- On a Thursday morning in late March, Phoenix Police Chief Michael Sullivan called an urgent meeting with a top commander and several city attorneys. It’s because the night before, ABC15 broke a story about a major issue inside his department: a homicide detective, who’s married to one of Sullivan’s hand-picked assistant chiefs, had repeatedly mishandled evidence and the mistakes were impacting dozens of murder cases. WELCOME TO MY WORLD. PPD has never had transparency when it pertains to their INNER POLICE Don Bolles called the "GESTAPO". They operate just like the same gestapo did in 1936 Germany. The question citizens should be asking is, who are these people? Don Bolles identified them, then before he died the PPD INNER POLICE moved in, confiscated all his records and proclaimed they lost them. How can the entire PPD be reeducated unless the INNER POLICE are identified, removed and punished to the limits of the laws??? All those who tried are now gone away in many ways. Not all are killed. Most are socially discredited and or defamed after losing a loved one. If your looking for the news media for entertainment and or profit to expose the actual problem, write a letter to Santa Clause or your congressman in Arizona. Same response. As for Washington's gold diggers. Self preservation and greed control their actions. Are we so sick of a society that we cannot live without HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND SEX SLAVE TRADE??? I have taken interest in all the ALLEGED D.O.J. PPD investigations. Solution always brings new management and an eventual new D.O.J. coverup investigation. My case is textbook PPD INNER POLICE anti BILL OF RIGHTS "MIRANDA" tactics, with extreme violence using a full military operation on a public street, that the D.O.J. refused to investigation. Never returned my multiple calls since July 19, 2023 following my acquittal for a murder the PPD concocted right under the nose of the media, the state and the feds, all refusing to investigate. PPD planting evidence, lieing under oath, political corruption at the Maricopa county level. All exposed by three public servants. Two public defenders and a judge going against the flock of stampeding sheep who the national media and podcasts incited with RUMORS, INNUENDOES, LIES AND HATEFUL SUPERSTIONS. The PPD cop in charge was so confident and arrogant that he actually put in writing his objective: "TO PUNISH ME" using a technique Arizona created and implement on all "NO BODY, NO CRIME SCENE" CASES. Get national media attention, plant evidence that would be adjudicated at the federal level, then use emotionally or politically compromised politicians to allow them to LIE UNDER OATH for search warrants and then to a grand jury. In my case the sitting Maricopa County Attorney, Bill Montgomery, must have recognized this scenario, as from 2017 thru 2020, he refused to let the PPD present my case to a grand jury. After he was appointed to the Arizona Supreme court, Allister Adele( A VERY TROUBLE AND EASILY INFLUENCE WOMAN) was APPOINTED who allowed the media and politics to override what Montgomery clearly recognized. HENCEFORTH: MEDIA CONVICTION USING LITTLE MORE THAN RUMORS, INNUENDOES, LIES AND HATEFUL SUPERSTIONS to convict a very troublesome family man who refused to drop the torch for Don Bolles and Ev Mecham bundled in the INNER POLICE OF THE PPD as the protectors of the HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND SEX SLAVE TRADE. ONE POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO RID THE CURRENT PPD INNER POLICE? HAVE ALL OTHER POLICE DEPARTMENTS IN THE VALLEY ASSUME THE DUTIES OF THE PPD, THEN SYSTEMATICALLY EVALUATE EACH PPD OFFICER. VERY COSTLY, BUT WHAT'S THE VALUE OF ONE CHILD LOST TO THE THE HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND SEX SLAVE TRADE? It appears very little, unless it is your child. MRT FATHER OF ALISSA ANS SARAH TURNEY

DiPonzio has forfeited (with in the last 2 weeks) her license to be a police officer in Arizona after ABC15 revealed repeated mistakes in handling evidence in her cases.
-The POLICE Knew she was under investigation when she was "Retiring under disability Claim"...BUT they DID NOT indicate that on the "Retirement Form", which they were suppose to UNDER LAW.
So, the Police KNEW she had Screwed up so BAD that she was going to get FIRED, but they let her "Retire with PAY because of Disability".
***BY the way, she is MARRIED to a Police Lieutenant in the Police Dept.

Police don't stop crime or reduce crime. At BEST they show up AFTER the crime and take a report. It's rare they get to a crime in progress. If they do, it may not matter (Uvalde).

What happens when detective does not answer questions? Are going to be some murder cases and other criminal cases dismissed? What is about constitutional right for speedy and fair court process? What is about victims constitutional rights for compensations, when a criminal is not pled guilty by enormous evidence, because detective is not fit to answer questions of a court hearing? I see many civil rights lawsuites filed, when this detective is not answering questions for wrong convictions. These civil rights lawsuites cannot be dismissed easily by failures done by this detective.
he knew about it from jump street. thats why its all being kept secret, they dont want all her cases opened up again to find she lied and mishandled evidence. every case she had a hand in needs to be reopened and gone thru with a fine tooth comb. no telling how many innocent people she locked up in her messed up career.
Perhaps the detectives skills were not necessarily in the position to which she was placed. Perhaps there were other 'positions' in which she had better skills. They are definitely trying to protect the detective at all costs, and they are using taxpayer dollars to do it. Thin Blue Line Gang members will always protect fellow gang members and their retirement.
