    I always thought that founding years in the UK is a downside because it add more years before matching but it might be good thing for an IMG because you have the opportunity to work in medicine and get paid like a normal resident, unlike the US where you should pay for observerships and you might forced to work in other jobs to support yourself financially while you're doing research and observerships to improve your chances of getting a suitable match. Hope i got the situation right, Thank you for the video and the great insights 😍

      Yup that's a good point as you get experience working in the nhs, but many imgs have traditionally been trapped into these non-training jobs with no advancement, and therefore do not become consultants, but in the US, if you get into a residency, you're pretty much guaranteed to become an attending.

      I want to apply for Gynae Oncology subspecialty training from done my fellowship training in OBs and Gynae confused about going ahead.i.e wether to comlete fellowship by finishing with exam or peruse for sub specility

      usa is better than uk. in lifestyle , earning and and the inflation rate of uk is very high

      Yh i'm a uk doc looking to emigrate to the US. The US is way better than the UK to be a doctor in every way but work hours during residency.

    You mention that she's done a part of her residency training in uk before moving to us. Anything that might help us understand what the moving process entailed in terms of exams and such would be greatly appreciated :)

      You need to do all the required exams for the US residency

    if i entered internal medicine core training 1 after a good cv
    we continue all the training years of internal medicine
    or i should make another better cv >> and my cv will be reviewed >> if it is not that good cv >> i will not continue to the next years of training !!!!!
