I’m a third year medical student and loved this video! Would love to see more from you on research specifically and what actionable steps students can take to actually build their research skillset. Massive thanks for making this video! :)

This was very useful, thanks! I heard one video on portfolios mention that running training courses/teaching sessions may be easier as a student (vs FY1/2). They suggested this was because people have more free time to attend, and can easily contact many other students. Would you agree at all? Thank you.

Awesome video, thank you. I would really like a video on academic skills for the uninitiated 😁

Hi Ollie. You mentioned that you would include links to some of the organisations that offer prizes in the description. Could you kindly update? Thanks

Hi How do you physically put a portfolio together? Is it an online thing? do you print stuff out? how do you prove everything such as teaching, prizes, interest in field etc? do you just type it out in CV style? Thanks

So although it's now done online, I would strongly recommend a physical folder. This is because you will need the originals occasionaly - so the answer is both - have a physical folder/binder with all your evidence in, and make sure you have scans of everything too so it can be sent digitally.

He should be able to organise you stuff! I'd very strongly advise not getting formal feedback from him though - get someone independent if you can

Hi, do international medical graduates who plan to do their Foundations training in the UK, need to do the SJT exam??
