    It's getting late right now and I made these! I try to substitute the milk into a powder milk+1 cup water, butter to oil. It turned out amazing! Its so soft and fluffy! Thank you so much for this recipe. Since i dont have a hand and stand mixer, manual kneading is my enemy cause i hate wet dough kneading it. It's save so much time and effort. I can make pandesal anytime i want for my family.

    hi po..pwede po bang gagawa na ako ng dough ng hapon tapos kinabukasan ko pa po ishape at ibake po.?? thank you po

      judy hagupit Hi, pwde po ishape/ portion nyo na ung dough tpos iref overnight. Tapos kinabukasan iparise ng 30-45 minutes ( or hanggang mgdouble in size na) then pwde na ibake.

      Jela Sy Yes, I did, the dough is very sticky. Just grease your hands a little bit while shaping the dough.

    Pwede po ba instant dry yeast?

      Sorry po for responding really late. Yes, you can use instant yeast. You don’t have to bloom it, just add the yeast directly with your dry ingredients.

      Hello, yes po pwede po. Add the instant yeast together with the dry ingredients. No need to bloom. Pwde din po margarine.

      Hello, no it is not. It is simply a no knead bread recipe. It is a dump and mix kind of recipe.

    Salted butter po ba ginamit nyo? Ilan pong pandesal ang nagawa for this recipe? Pwede po bang lampin ang pang cover o ano pong alternative? Ano pong size nung baking tray nyo po? Ilang araw po ang shelf life nito at room temperature?
    Pasensya na po ang dami kong tanong.

      Hi, unsalted butter po ginamit ko sa recipe. 24 pcs. po ngawa ko. Yes po pwde lampin or kitchen towel pang cover. Half sheet baking tray po 13in. x 18in. 3-5 days po and shelf life.

    Ano difference po ng niknead niyo at hindi??

      Julia Eva Hello po, ang difference po ng no knead is mas madali gawin kaysa sa kneaded bread. Imi- mix mo lang ang mga ingredients at ipapaalsa tapos ibebake na. D mo na kailangan masahin ang dough. Kaya natin minamasa ang bread dough dahil gsto nten madevelop ang gluten pra magkastructure and bread natin. Pero sa recipe na ito kahit ndi natin imasa ang dough masarap parin ang tinapay. It is also great for beginners sa bread baking.
