It's getting late right now and I made these! I try to substitute the milk into a powder milk+1 cup water, butter to oil. It turned out amazing! Its so soft and fluffy! Thank you so much for this recipe. Since i dont have a hand and stand mixer, manual kneading is my enemy cause i hate wet dough kneading it. It's save so much time and effort. I can make pandesal anytime i want for my family.

Sorry po for responding really late. Yes, you can use instant yeast. You don’t have to bloom it, just add the yeast directly with your dry ingredients.
Salted butter po ba ginamit nyo? Ilan pong pandesal ang nagawa for this recipe? Pwede po bang lampin ang pang cover o ano pong alternative? Ano pong size nung baking tray nyo po? Ilang araw po ang shelf life nito at room temperature? Pasensya na po ang dami kong tanong. Thank you ☺️

Julia Eva Hello po, ang difference po ng no knead is mas madali gawin kaysa sa kneaded bread. Imi- mix mo lang ang mga ingredients at ipapaalsa tapos ibebake na. D mo na kailangan masahin ang dough. Kaya natin minamasa ang bread dough dahil gsto nten madevelop ang gluten pra magkastructure and bread natin. Pero sa recipe na ito kahit ndi natin imasa ang dough masarap parin ang tinapay. It is also great for beginners sa bread baking.

Jela Sy Yes, I did, the dough is very sticky. Just grease your hands a little bit while shaping the dough.
