Thanks po sa pagshare ng recipe. First time ko po magcomment sa youtube and first time ko po magtry ng pandesal. Ok na ok po ung kinalabasan ng pandesal na ginawa ko. Dark brown un ilalim at brown ung ibabaw. Crunchy ung labas pero malambot ung loob. Medyo nag adjust lng aq ng pakonti konti sa milk kasi maxadong dry ung dough ko but then ok naman kinalabasan niya. Nd na ko nagdagdag ng sugar ok na po ung tamis niya. 2 hrs rest after kneading then 7 hrs lng xa sa ref taz 1hr ko lng xa ini-rest before baking.
May I interject? You might want to invest in a cheap but reliable oven thermometer and gauge the oven temp from there instead of relying on the knob of your oven (because every oven is different).
We tried doing exactly the same as your with the same measurements of ingredients but without the bread improver, it came out a bit hard, then the following day, it’s more harder, we still have to put them in the oven toaster to make them soft which we did, but still a bit hard, it’s not the same as what you showed us, but again, thank you for responding asap. My mom will try to find the bread improver online. Gos bless

At dahil papansin ako tinimbang ko ng 45g each ang pandesal ko. Lol. Naka10/10 score ako d2 sa bahay. I'm so happy! Thank you😊
First time kong gumawa, at masarap po, young lambot kuhang kuha ng nasa video. Kahit na di accurate ang measurement ng ingredients at di ko na achieve yung window test (tinamad ng mag masa) masarap parin ang kinalabasan. 2 hrs ko po pinaalsa at 1 1/2 hours pinaalsa sa pan bago iluto, Pangatlong araw na po ng pandesal, medyo may pagka stiff na, pinainit ko siya sa microwave for 20secs. Puwede po ba after kneading tas 2hrd rest I-mold na sya at nka bread crums na bago I-rest overnight sa ref???
