- Kung nagustuhan nyo ang nauna nating Soft and Fluffy Pandesal recipe using bread flour, paniguradong magugustuhan nyo rin itong bago nating recipe ng Pandesal using all purpose flour.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup lukewarm water
2 1/2 teaspoons active yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
3 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup lukewarm milk
4 1/2 tbsp butter
1 egg
6 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup bread crumbs
* Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 18 to 20 minutes.

Hi po mommy choco kabayan,pwede po ba sa kawali lutuin? Kung pwede.po ilang minutes po bake sa kawali at ano lakas ng apoy wala po kasi akong oven,at melt po ba yung butter na ilalagay?tapos po oil po ba yung pinahid ninyo sa baking pan na ni rest salamat po gusto ko po sa na i try.
Hi Rachel! Hindi ko pa na try na iluto ito sa kawali baka pwede. Panigiuradong nasa mahinang apoy lang para hindi mabigla sa pagkakaluto. Yung oras machecheck mo naman kung nag brown na yung pandesal. Yung butter pwedeng melt or softened butter. Yes pahiran mo ng oil yung bowl na paglalagyan ng dough kapag papaalsahin mo na. Let me know kung successful sayo kapag niluto mo sa kawali.

Mommy ginawa ko po yung isang recipe using all purpose flour instead na bread flour wala kasi ako mabili medyo matigas po siya. Ganoon po ba talaga? Di ko makita saan ako nagkamali . Yun lng, APF ang ginamit ko. I-try ko nga itong recipe na ito.
Hi Rosemarie! Yung isang recipe kasi the ingredient calls for bread flour not AFP kaya maganda ang resulta, soft and fluffy. Iba kasi ang measurement kung gagamit ka ng all purpose flour. Yes, itry mo itong pandesal recipe using APF
