Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
I have been SO inconsistent this week - dealing with a lot of things in my life, and honestly just feeling lazy. Proud of myself for getting up to do this workout this morning, and ready for a better week! So excited to recommit for Energy!!!

I love 30 minute Saturday workouts. I like longer ones earlier in the week; if your schedule doesn't allow for longer during the week you can make it up over the weekend if you want.
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (33:09): "How does the new energetic version of you come to life, where you step up to the plate, you change some habits that are holding you back, take responsibility for those because they're in place because you've repeated them too many times...You're changing some habits, letting some things go, and bringing in some things that will actually help you take responsibility." I love the idea of letting the things that are not serving me go to make room for the things that give me energy! For me the fundamentals, like sleep, water, and nutrition are not always consistent. I'm going to be mindful of my habits this week to see what's serving me and what's not!

I enjoyed the AMRAP workout 🏋️♀️ this month. Only missed some days. Just last week my wife had to be rushed to the emergency 🚨 room. We were in the hospital 🏥 for almost a week. She was dismissed to come on the 23rd of February, and is doing fine. Crush this workout 🏋️♀️ this morning. At the age of 61 am still hanging in there with you. Kinda struggle with the last routine but finished it anyway. Looking forward to next month to see what you have for next month. Which is ENERGY. Tomorrow is my Recovery day, from all exercises I’ve done this week to get me ready for next month ENERGY. Crush IT🏋️♀️

I did something that I thought I couldn’t do. I changed the way I eat I’m counting calories and eating smaller portions. And I’ve already lost 5lbs by that change!. I was a couple days behind on this one and man i struggled! After eating terribly and taking a few days off, this workout was brutal. I wanted to quit so many times, but I just love Sydney so much. February is a really hard month for me so I’m really looking forward to next month 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
My goal is to get strong. This week I upped my chest press weight to 25s which I never thought I could do, and I also went up to full pushups instead of knee pushups, which I've been struggling with for years due to pregnancies and shoulder injury. AhhHhh so proud...I was smiling ear to ear as I worked out alone in my garage. Thank you, Sydney! I happen to live in the Charlotte area and when I found you a couple years ago, I had no idea you live here too. Hope to meet you in person some time!! 🙂 Also congrats on your pregnancy...I get a kick out of seeing your tiny little baby bump progressively making its appearance in each video. You're going to be a great Mom.
I love that you encourage us to keep trying moves and weights that challenge us. When I first started your workouts I was only able to do two burpees and I dread them still. But I told myself I would continue trying. When I was doing this video I did several rounds of 7 burpees. Thank you for being amazing and supportive.

So maybe I will figure out how to incorporate a small bit of food 60 minutes at least before my workout , I tend to not eat until after I workout but maybe with this new program I will figure out how to eat one thing before to help with the energy .
